Never had a issue with here.
Due to issues many years ago (not with here) I have always been nervous of going, more so when Mr Haper retired, but can honestly Sarah is absolutely amazing. Having to have treatment for the first time in well over 15years I was very nervous of having treatment again after so long and it not being Mr Harper.
I can honestly say hands down that Sarah made me feel relaxed, talked to me throughout a procedure and I can away wondering why I had stressed so much.
A massive thank you and can't recommend her enough and they have always been brill.
I saw Anna and she was lovely.
She spoke to me throughout my treatment explaining what she was doing etc. and giving reassurance.
It was very good to see the telephone being answered and the sign had been taken down about waiting times for appointments i.e 6 months+ ahead and wanting payment up front.
I have been going to Crystal Peaks Dental Centre for over 20 years.
They send regular reminders about your appointment.
My dentist always puts me at ease and we always have a laugh.
Glad I chose them all those years ago.

First visit here after losing my old dentist
Was very worried about my visit but the staff were great and although I've had no choice but to go private they didn't do the hard sell that some do.
Which really impressed me.
Came away feeling positive about my future treatments with them.
The dentist I saw was polite, quick and efficient, but I did have previous appointments cancelled meaning it was over 14 months before I got seen, also on my appointment today (11th) I had a to wait over 20 minutes before being seen, not good, especially when you are paying £25.80 a time,
When I put my dental care into Keeley Pigott's hands she always treats me with friendliness, kindness, care and respect. She explains each procedure and gives me options and advice for treatment. Thank you once again Keeley.
The Dental Nurse and Receptionists were all friendly, efficient and polite and are a credit to Crystal Peaks Dental Centre.
