My elderly dad has used this garage a couple of times. He is a carer for my mum who is extremely ill so my dad is vulnerable and isn't the man he was. I sit with my dad on all phone calls and have listened when he has had to book his car in. Iv been so impressed and really taken back on how the lady who answers the phone treats my dad. She is so kind, understanding and caring and makes sure he's happy and satisfied. What a beautiful special lady. Thank you, its not often you get this personal caring service.
Booked in for service and MOT, got a slot in a decent timeframe. Unfortunately needed some work doing and I was away on holiday when they could get this booked in with no one available to collect on my behalf. They kindly did the work including fetching and fitting 2 new budget tyres then kept the car parked safely at the garage until I was able to collect at no extra charge. It was already a very fair price; excellent service.
I used this garage for the first time, they did my MOT, I found this garage to be more than helpful, and professional, highly recommend and will definitely be using again for all mechanical needs.
My partner has an issue with the electronics in her car the first time we decided to try Crossways. Polite, friendly and very helpful. 2nd visit due to the car losing power thanks to a faulty accelerator. Said they would try to fit us in and did just that. Same service as the previous visit, and decent pricing.

Fantastic customer experience! I booked in for MOT and not only had everything explained in detail but also great service from start to finish. I was updated by genuinely friendly reception staff at drop off. Mechanics very transparent with costs and advice. Overall feeling of a well run trustworthy business, I would definitely recommend to others and this garage will be my first choice in future.
