I love visiting Creations Cafe. There is always a lovely atmosphere and so much laughter and joy. The food is well-priced and top quality. The owner and staff have always made us very welcome and are polite and hospitable. Highly recommended if you are visiting Whitby. Love it!

My family and I always love coming here for breakfast when we are in Whitby. Pat is lovely and the food is always great. Our dog teddy loves coming in also. Highly recommend - Milly
Maybe we came in on an off day as all the other reviews seem to say lovely welcome which we did not receive , almost ignored. Another family of 5 came in and were seated and handed menus before us. I had to use the toilet and when asking was rudely directly to a door that actually looked like a store cupboard, not marked as toilet, but spoken to as it I was stupid. When asked to order my wife said she would wait until I came back from toilet and got a haughty sigh in response. We decided to leave without ordering. Sorry can’t say I would rush back to give them a second chance. Pity as the prices looked great value £6.50 for Full English and £1.75 for hot drinks. £5 for baked potatoes etc
Walked in and was met by what can only be described as one of the worst front of shop workers I have ever had the misfortune of speaking too!
If you could give 0 I would have! Stay well clear of this place its owner is clearly on a power trip and I was left waiting for over 25 minutes and in the end I decided to leave!
If your a regular then your fine if your a visitor to Whitby forget it!
Very welcoming, always visit here when we come to Whitby on a short break. Food is affordable, and tastes absolutely delicious 100% recommend if you’re looking for a cafe to visit in Whitby! And can take dogs

Hardly no welcome at all from the lady, who gave us the impression she wasn't happy to serve us.
Bacon was under done and full of fat. Toast was either burnt or hadn't even seen the toaster.
Toasted sandwich was burnt on one side, asked for no mayonnaise but it was full of it.
Coffee and tea were tasteless.
Visit Whitby regularly but won't be visiting here again.
Came in for a sandwich as was in a rush as not local to Whitby.
Was told its table service only then a builder walks in and gets served instantly!
The owner is a complete and utter dosser!
