Came to Kidderminster over xmas, from Bournemouth, to visit family and our car died. Cooper and chinn picked it up from mums house took it to their garage and fixed it. Great communication, great service and reasonable price. Would highly recommend
They really put themselves out to help us and we were new clients. They went above and beyond and charged very fairly. We know who we will be going to in future for all things mechanical.
First time using this garage as our regular one has recently shut down.
Our car hadn’t been right for a couple of weeks, we rang up and they said to bring it straight down for them to listen to. They diagnosed it within minutes as the dual mass fly wheel gone and an anti roll bar link. They said they couldn’t fit us in for 10 days as they were fully booked which didn’t fit with us quite right as we were due to go on holiday before then. However, they rang us back a few hours later saying they’d had a cancellation for a couple of days later if we wanted to book in. It was an expensive job because of what it was, but their price was in line with what we thought it would be having researched so very fair.
A few days later the car developed another unhealthy sound in the engine, so I drove it straight down at opening time this morning in the hope that someone could have a quick listen to diagnose it. They did so within minutes again, saying the alternator had gone. I didn’t think they’d be able to fit us in as we are due to go on holiday in three days’ time, but they said if we left it with them then they’d squeeze us in before we went away between jobs. I was expecting them to have the car a few days, but they rang back at 5pm the same day saying it was all finished and ready to collect.
I cannot recommend this garage highly enough - they have been so helpful, friendly and skilful and will definitely be our go-to garage from now on!

I used this garage back in late 1990s for clutch on Mondeo and at time they were 3rd cheaper and level service was second to none! I returned again back 7 years ago and now they are my number one choice for my domestic vehicles and my commercial vehicles also. Price is always competitive and service and after care is great.
