Spot on, fixed my car and serviced. Wasn't as much as they initially quoted. Even dropped it off locally as a favour
Popped in for a quote last Friday, lad was pleasant saying it would be Monday as they close early, no problem so I popped in on Tuesday afternoon on my way past to check if it had been done, absolutely rude woman I spoke to needs to learn some customer service skills & polish her attitude.
Anyway asked for a quote elsewhere today & guys took 1 hour to quote, so car booked in there, easy way to lose business.

Dropped my car off without booking it in after a problem with it running. Had a phone call later the same day telling me it was sorted. Great service, friendly staff, very reasonably priced. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Neil and the team have always been extremely professional, a local company part of the community that should be tried out. Neil is always fair, the prices are generally lower than main stream and they are reliable. It's NOT a back street garage that's sh*t up it's always clean and tidy they look after the cars they have in and once you get it back it seems to come back cleaner than when it went in.
Customer service is poor. Asked the woman on the phone of a run through of what the service included and reply was 'well you know oil, tires and stuff'. Infact I didn't know hense why I was asking. When I asked for a little more information she got rather shirty with me like she couldn't be bothered.
Put my car in at 9am for a service I personally had to ring them after trying for an hour to get through, as they had had my car for 6 hours. For them to say yes it's ready, I was expecting some kind of phone call after they had finished so that I was able to go and pick up my car rather than it being sat on the street all day.
The car itself ran great afterwards. I could tell the difference how smooth the car was to drive. I just didn't appreciate the length of time they had it for when I asked for a morning appointment time.
