This is the best chemist around! They are so lovely, especially Donna who is the nicest ever. They are always friendly and helpful, and empathetic to everyone who comes in. They really know their customers and provide great service to the community. I know they will always fill my prescription quickly and if it’s not ready by the time I get there, they fill it right away for me.
Loviest friendliest staff in any pharmacy I have been in , always a smile and lovely welcome , always make a fuss of my pooch he loves going in for his treats

The pharmacists on duty are among the best ones I've come across, really helpful and knowledgeable!
After a year and a half of frequent (over twice a month) use of this phamacy I am sorry to say that other pharmacies in Liverpool don't stand a chance competing with their blisteringly fast and kind service. Time and time again, when I have either been feeling low or poorly these people have picked me up and put my health needs first. I am talking about Donna, Lisa, Ruth, and Tristan. The regular pharmacist who is on leave, is missed by me, however they have had some excellent locums. In a sentence, Coleman and Leigh in Walton Village need to be reminded of how very good they are.

Excellent and quick service every time with lovely staff, would recommend this pharmacy to others :-)
Worst pharmacist ever told me I wouldn’t get antibiotics from the doctor for my throat as their was no white spot but body showed every other sign of tonsillitis. I mean I couldn’t even stand up I was that dizzy with the head ear and throat pain. And the highly qualified lady who was refers me by 111 said I recommend you to buy a throat spray ????. I was in that much pain I just said yeah sound. The lady hadn’t even seen the fact I couldn’t walk couldn’t breath it was all in my notes but never asked could you come in so we can evaluate you or anything else. Any way long story short I went the doctors the next day and they straight away give me antibiotics and told me not to bother with the spray. Be carful what you pharmacist recommends it could be easier and cheaper to wait until the next day for a doctor appointment.

This has been my chemist for over 30years and I have never been to a more friendly chemist, everyone is so helpful and lovely especially Donna who would do anything for anyone. Best local chemist.
Excellent staff really friendly always ready with a smile and willingness to help you with wotever your queries are ruth and donna and all of the staff try there up most to provide a 100% even at the most challenging times of the day so thank u guys keep smilling marie
