Food ok. I liked my garlic bread then chicken with potatoes, but my wife was not keen on the nachos then lasagna due to the cheese and mince. Prices expensive but you do get large portions. Staff friendly

Fish is amazing. "Big yen" portion sizes are huge. Very affordable having kids eat free at certain times. Downside, not enough high chairs if restaurant half full and you have to prompt for service. Highly recommended otherwise.
The restaurant and bar look lovely. However the food let it down . Lasagne was dry and very salty I presume it was reheated. My wife had chicken dinner with veg . The veg stemmed to peas and carrots only. I have heard decent reviews about this place and wanted to try it. Service could have been friendlier. W won't be back. Shame as nice souroundings and could be a lot better.
Great food however service was very poor.
Practically forgotten by the waiting staff. Our drink arrived with a plaster in the glass, was replaced when we asked.
Our mains were not cleared away nor were we asked if we had finished.
Asked for the bill at the bar which was brought to the table. Ten minutes later the card machine and member of the team had not reappeared to take payment.
Food was delicious great variety and well cooked, let down by very hit and miss service, albeit mostly with a smile.

Went to meet someone local in the pub the place has a nice atoms and the food was good apart from the piece of glass I got in curry when I showed the member of staff who came to collect out plates they looked at it said I will go and mention it to chef. Well I was at least expecting an apology but nothing not even a discount on the bill bad practice cockatoo staff you should be ashamed and will not be going there again you should look after your customers it's a disgrace
Amazing restaurant. I expected average pub grub and was surprised by beautiful and tasty meals with lots of choice and wonderfully friendly staff. Love this place, recommended for family meals or drinks with friends ????????????
