Absolutely cracking bloke, did a rod bearing and new rod on my ktm and many of you will know that ktm isn’t cheap to service but this guy had it done perfectly and at an unbeatable price compared to any other motorcycle garage in Cornwall, he is very helpful even over the phone when I couldn’t work something out. 5 stars for you
Where to start, I read all the reviews and booked my bike in for new tyres. After that, same day the key barrel jammed up and the bike had to be towed. Phil (Costal Motors) took it in, fixed it and saved me £500 + on a new system (HISS).
There were calls and WhatsApp messages and a good chat when I picked it up (as it is my only transport). He talked me through EVERYTHING! What he does not know about fixing bikes is not worth knowing.
Amazing customer service, great price and is going to be my garage for everything moving forward. Could not recommend enough!!!
Used Coastal Motors for the 1st time yesterday for an MOT on my Ducati. Very helpful and knowledgeable, great service will definitely use again with all my bikes.
I recommend this place everyone. After trying quite a few, this is the most cost effective place in the St Austell area and a really nice guy. Phil explained the problem to me and sorted it out quickly. As he doesn't do the MOT testing himself (the garage next door does) theres no bias in the testing. Thank you, I'll be booking my future MOTs with you
Took my bike in for a couple parts change went well. Then took it for a service. Didn't fill it with oil despite it being dangerously low. Lost the ring to stop oil leaking in the process, now my bike is broken and won't even start.

Always a very professional manner when dealing with the owner. He is very quick and efficient with everything he does.
Happened to pop in to discuss my new bike purchase with Phil the owner. He was really helpful and gave me some real good tips. I will be certainly taking my bike there for servicing and MOTs.
Had an appointment booked for a bike MOT no more than 24hrs before arriving and nobody was there, rang multiple times on both business numbers with no answer, I waited around and nobody turned up so I rang river valley garage who I know stick to their appointments
