Joined the GP online in order to have a check up regarding the impact of the medication I'm on. I also wanted them to confirm my medical records for my driving license.
I tried to book an appointment using the online form and received an email from a noreply email address: "Your request for a surgery appointment any time on any day between 09/01/2024 and 22/01/2024 with a doctor at Cheetham Hill Medical Centre has not been booked."
Excellent practice and caring doctors and nurses. Very busy so phone early. Sometimes the staff on the phone can be very officious, but all in all highly recommend
Been trying to get an appointment since July to see a nurse. You can't book an appointment over the telephone, you have to make an account and book it online when it opens at 8.30.
Since July I've tried to book an appointment at 8 30 when it's states no appointments available. Try again tomorrow. It's an absolute disgrace trying to get an appointment.
Clean and pleasant environment, and open on Saturday morning so very convenient for me for blood test as it was the only day I was free from work.
I had an appointment here with a Doctor for my young daughter. I wanted to film the consultation for her when she is older. The doctor refused to allow me to film and when I asked why he threatened to cancel the entire consultation and only went through with it after I said I would leave the room with the camera (phone). My wife stayed for the consultation and he said to her he was going to 'have a word with the practice manager'. I was disgusted, he had a bad, high and mighty attitude - Go elsewhere if you can!!
Dreadful and waste of time. Staff seemed nice but doctor was horrible, disgusting experience !
Good reception staff and GP Doctors are really good too
