The King's Lynn VW Centre is the best independent VAG garage in Norfolk..
I've been a customer of theirs for quite a few years & Paul's team do a first class job with everything.
I've just had my cherished Golf R in for a major service together with the Haldex oil & filter being done at a very reasonable price.. So thank you guys, I can't recommend you enough.

Superb service from Paul and the team, diagnosed the problem with my daughters Audi A1 very quickly, rectified and back with her before lunch. Pricing was very competitive. Will will go back for all motoring needs.
Top quality service and workmanship from all at KL VW centre. Brilliant customer service and very experienced in all VW, AUDI, SKODA, SEAT plus more motoring needs. Honest and reasonable quotations for all work carried out. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Booked in for some troubleshooting of some clunky suspension, when the guys had a look they showed me what they were looking for. Visual inspection didn't show anything to do with the noise in question but a couple of other potential issues were highlighted (one would be an MOT failure) and physically showed them to me. Without any pressure I agreed to have the small job done at the same time as they were doing further checks.
Returned a couple of hours later and the investigation was done. Paid for the labour and parts, very reasonable, and was told to grit my teeth at the price of the parts I needed, and was shown the computer - expensive, but that's Audi for you, not KL VW. With no pressure whatsoever I agreed that this would be done so I'm just waiting on an "all in" quote, but safe in the knowledge it'll be fair and done to gold standard.
Definitely found my new regular garage.

I have been using the garage for about 7 years now, for all of our car needs: servicing, parts, breakdowns and MOT.
What I really like is that I always come away feeling that their priority is that me and my family are safe on the road. You always get an honest evaluation of the problems (no flannel) and guidance for what might be coming up and when to get back to them (not just what your MOT requires you to be notified of) and a reassurance that they will always be there to help!
All of the blokes Paul, Olly & Harry are always so lovely too!!

My VW Scirocco broke down last Sunday but I work at the local college so managed to get it to them to let the motor vehicle department have a look. There was a suspected issue with the injectors which they couldn't fix so rang the VW Centre who said to bring it down and they would have a look.
I dropped it off Monday lunch time and was told they would hopefully look at it that afternoon and ring me. They didn't, so I rang back to find out what was going on to be told they were busy and they would look at it the next day and ring me, they didn't so I rang back again to be told they were busy.
I then received a phone call from the boss who said I needed to collect my car as I keep ringing up and hassling his staff! I was very taken back by this as they told me they would ring me and didn't. After a brief conversation (and being told multiple times they were busy) he said he would look at it and let me know but this may take a few days.
They had my car over a week and I waited for their call (as I was now worried to ring them). I then received a phone call from the boss telling me they haven't had time to look at it and I need to pick it up and take it somewhere else! Obviously I was very annoyed at this point and had quite a heated conversation with the owner. I told him this was the worst customer service I had ever received when he became very threatening and told me 'not to bring my attitude when I collect my car!'
I collected my car this morning and was told by the boss that 'If I went to Tesco I wouldn't expect to go to the front of the queue' while calling me 'fella'! This man is the most unprofessional, rude, condescending person I have ever had the misfortune to meet.
Unfortunately the college had wiped the error codes, but had written them down on a piece of paper, which I gave to the garage when I dropped the car off. Even though the boss was not happy about this as he wanted 'live data'. When I collected the car and asked for this piece of paper so I could take it to another garage he told me he had 'put it in the bin'!
Do yourself a favour and don't take your car to this garage, the worst service I have ever received and will never go back!
Very friendly and swift service, MOT completely on my Motorcycle. MOT carried out promptly and very flexible for the retest too. Have used this garage for an MOT before and will definitely be using them again.
Excellent service at a great price.
Paul is always helpful and explains the problem with my car clearly.
