Best KPortal Reviews

Fish had loads of skin and was soggy, chips soggy, curry sauce in tiny container, with very little flavour.... no sorry, won't be back .. yuk nearly £10 wasted
The food here used to be really good. Now the chips are limp and cold as they are sitting around waiting. A washing up bowl with cooked chips behind the counter ready to reheat, not the best advert for somewhere with no customers.
Gone expensive as its so quiet there. Chips are now £3.60. Most other places are from £2.30-£2.70.
Owner on his phone and no longer serves. Barks orders at staff who are standing around waiting for someone to walk in. Can't see this business being around much longer. Kebab shop next door had 6 people in and more following while I bought disgusting food.
R I P Caereithin fish bar.
Every now and then will pop here for some sausage and chips. Mostly positive experiences although portion size was a bit smaller than usual this time around for £5.20. But rate it still
I haven't been to the chippy for several months since they increased the price of chips to £2.40 and noticed how quiet it was there today. Once I looked at the price list I could see why the it was quiet, chips have now increased to £3.60 and fish £7.30. Fortunately I almost live equidistant to the Cod Box which is around 25% cheaper and certainly matches on quality and quantity. My garndsons sausage and chips is now £5.70 whereas in Neath its £2.10 :(
Food has gone downhill we bought a family meal yesterday and we have all been sick today from it the food used to be good but past few months not sure if it's new cooks owners or supply of food it's terrible
Paid for two rissoles that were missing, the gravy was just oil it’s separating at the top and ever since they changed the fish cakes they are vile my daughter won’t even eat them now. Won’t be back again this was my favourite chippy for years haven’t had one for months and it’s like this.
Horribly expensive for bang average food. £3.60 for a standard portion of chips (Dec23) is the most expensive I've seen in Swansea by far. Everything served is basic stuff with a 30%+ premium.
Delicious fish, cooked to perfection. Chips best in Swansea. Served with friendly atmosphere and welcoming cheerfulness.
A lovely chippy!!!
