What can I say. What an absolutely lovely place I just managed to stumble on in the heart of Cardiffs illustrious City Centre.

You literally have kind amazing and friendly staff Who cater to your every need. And secretly this is a great place to have a meeting with a few friends or associates. 10 stars ⭐️from me

Nice cake and the interior of the coffee shop is decorated nicely. Had a Spanish latte but couldn't have more than two sips of it.. the condensed milk was sat at the bottom of my cup, it filled maybe a third of my cup.. I was very disappointed with it. Overly sweet.

Very unfortunate.. The lady is lovely, but the food took so long to come and it was not very good. I had a grilled chicken sandwich, which was a) way too expensive for what it was, and b) the chicken was cold. The cafe itself is cute though

Spent some time at the hotel, and would visit this coffee shop every day. The owner was an awesome lady, and the flat whites were great!

The woman serving was lovely but my food took so long to come and I was the only person in there. I ordered the vegan sausage baguette and it was a very basic bread roll with two sausages and packet brown sauce on the side. It was meant to come with cheese and it didn't. I visited a while ago and the waiter took so long to come and take our order that we walked out so I won't be trying again which is a shame as it's nice inside and could be a really nice place to go. There are places serving better food in Cardiff for a similar price unfortunately.

Lovely warm welcome, popped in at 5.00pm. Lovely coffee and dry roasted peanuts, nice relaxed atmosphere to read my book. Use the tanning shop so this coffee shop is now on my list as well. Reasonable price coffee as well

Went in and out of three cafés until we found one that was dog friendly and Bute & Co welcomed her with treats and attention. Very nice vibe and good value. Thanks for having us!

The best place to have a cup of coffee and tea and have a good time in Cardiff. They a have good sandwiches and salads and more, just ask for whatever you want. The staff is very friendly. I had a good experience, I'm definitely going back to Bute&Co. ????
