One of the best garage I know, I've been servicing and repairing cars at Boost Factory for several years and there has never been a situation where they didn't fix something for me, Chris - the boss of Boost Factory has a lot of knowledge, very professional customer service, sometimes long queues but to good specialists you have to wait, I recommend to everyone.
What this guy did with my car (Audi A6 3.0Tdi Quattro )is beyond ridiculous. First he broke few things( sensors, didn’t bleed the brakes after changing fluid) then he charged me for something he didn’t do( either on purpose or because he doesn’t know what he is doing) which is re-map, so if you do pay him for it make sure you get what you paid for. Took my car to professional and saw schematic of my map. It’s original one. Then he kept my car for two weeks without even looking into it and when I called him he proudly announced that he glued my mirror back????????????after two weeks. He is a joke. Another thing he did was as he said “keeping brick on gas pedal for two hours” . Obviously after this procedure car broke down again and I had to get it to another garage to clean DPF. Overall if I didn’t pay him cash and had all the receipts I would see him in court. For times I drove out of his garage and four times had to call for trailer next day. Wouldn’t give him my sons scooter for repair. Almost forgot. Last thing he said was and I quote “ I hate your car, I hope I won’t see you again “LOL
