Went to collect a prescription, checked opening times online, however pharmacy was closed even though poster at the pharmacy stated new opening times 9am to 9pm and online claimed it was open. Not able to collect prescription!
Opening hours not as advertised randomly closes without notice. Was the best, now unreliable, having to go two or more times to collect prescriptions every time.
Excellent 40 min thorough appointment this morning well impressed
I needed to purchase a single COVID test for a family member so I rang various pharmacies to ask if they had stock so that I did not have to make a wasted journey. I phoned Birkwood pharmacy and was told by the female worker that they did have stock so I left in my car and arrived 40 minutes after I rang to then be told straight away they did not have any and hadn't had any for a long time. I said that I had not long phoned and spoke to someone who informed me they actually did have some. WHY do they think I'd travel there if they'd said otherwise. Didn't seem that bothered and very flippant attitude.
When enquiries are made you check and give correct information not waste people's time. Very bad customer service.

So very helpful! Thank you so much for waiting for me! I had been trying to get medication for my daughter for 2 days from other pharmacies. Waited for me and didnt make me feel a nuisance when I was at the end of my tether. Thank you again.
Absolutely fantastic. The wonderful lady went above and beyond to help me and assist me. Couldn't do enough for me. Truly thank you from the bottom of my heart. Superb service.
Says opening Sunday hours 9am till 4pm, my poorly daughters prescription has been sent here from our off hours late last night went to pick up this morning gates and pharmacy closed?? But says online open Sunday 9am till 4pm, awful when really needs this prescription
