Absolut disaster. I have been told by police officers that I can collect my car on very next day - Saturday. Google hours are totally different than the garage opening hours, or than information I was given. My car was taken from not my fault but on my insurance company's fault as they not updated my valid insurance. I took day off from work, had to buy Impounded Car Insurance, pay for taxi to pick it up, however the garage was closed, then again day off Sunday, it was closed and the same story on Monday too Noone picking up a phone even during the week as well as the staff there is absolutely unnecessarily rude. Before entrance in the gate called reception I felt like I was treated like bad, dangerous prisoner. Whoever will be in situation of "loosing" your vehicle, please be aware of this place and never let send your vehicle to this carpark /garage.
The 3 staff members were really nice and friendly. Called up first thing at 8am on a Saturday to book collection of my car. It was ready when I arrived at 9am. Thanks again lads!

I have to concur with the previous reviewer. They recovered my motorbike for the police after it was stolen & abandoned, and they made the process of dealing with things as smooth as possible. Phones were always answered quickly, and whomever I got through to each time was as helpful as they could have been.
Seen the bad reviews & thought I’d have to review. Couldn’t fault them, answered the phone every time I’ve rang and that’s been literally every day for about a week trying to get updates about my car that’s on hold. Seem like genuinely nice guys and the only ones I’ve managed to get information from. ????????
