Brilliant service, always a massive help and would never take any of my cars anywhere else
I started using this garage instead of my regular garage as I’d retired and it was closer to home.
Had numerous problems, paid for full set of brake pads only for them to squeak high pitched. Took car back twice after been told “ they had not fitted the pads “. I then had to go back and provide invoice evidence..
This had gone on for months and the garage told me , I’d have to pay again to sort it.. not one sign of consolatory apology for denying they’d fitted the pads..
I also have a leaking screen wash tank.
I paid another £80 and was told it was the “ pump”.. yet it turned out it was the o ring seal. So I’ve paid for a new pump and it still leaks..
Garage also replaced a tyre,
fitting a lower standard tyre than the other three. I wasn’t even asked what tyre, they just fitted one..
In all I’ve paid over £300
My brakes squeak and I have a screen wash tank that “ still leaks “.
I’ve since taken the car to another garage and it’s going to cost even more to put right.
I don’t usually post negative reviews but it irks that I’ve had this car for 8 years with no issues and now one garage has left me to fork out more money to put it right.
After moving house & having a baby, sorting out our MOT was the last thing on my mind so we needed to book it in quickly. This garage was so helpful & accommodating, friendly & professional. Will definitely be using them again.
Very helpful. After leaving camper van keys they kept them in a safe place until we returned to pick them up
Fantastic service these lads really and truly look after you been with them 5 years now never had any problems had my car picked up and dropped off last time as I was at work which was a massive help .... yes highly recommended ????????
Came in today about 1pm just asking them to check a new noise in my car. Very quick and helpful, reassured me there was no problem with it. Highly reccomend.

Fantastic service...... Rang with issue this morning, fixed the same day when I left work, can't get better than that, very honest and reasonable priced highly recommend.
