My first appointment today with this practice. Reception very efficient and friendly. Short wait then in to the dentist. He was very friendly and welcoming. Did a quick examination, asked some questions, then a quick scale. I was out in 15 minutes. Very reasonably charged, and a very pleasant experience. I would recommend.
This dentist needs a complaint, they changed my appointment, and then when I get a little annoyed, not swearing or anything, just trying to rebook the appointment for around the same time, the receptionist said I was being rude. How is not swearing once and trying to get another appointment being rude. I will take this further, and they will have to listen to the phone call if they record it. I can't eat properly at all, and now there's no way out of this situation.
I have been taken off there register because I've missed 3 appointments. Yes the 1st was my fault I had to work, the 2nd was due to covid, they still won't let you go in if your positive. And the last appointment I hadn't wrote it down as it was arranged over the phone because I was out at the time but thought it's OK as they send a reminder. I knew the day but not the time. No reminder came so I tried to call days before my appointment couldn't get through they finally answered after my appointment there excuse was short staffed no reception. So I've lost my place on there register now and to be fair don't think its my fault. Terrible dentist with rude unhelpful staff
Havnt been to the dentist in around 10 years because of nerves and things, made me feel at ease and done a good job for me, very happy
We have justed joined this dental practice and we have had excellent service from making a booking with reception through to seeing the dentist who was running slightly late but was very thorough and took the time to explain both my own and the children's dental cleaning routine. He also gave both mine and my husband's teeth a clean which rarely happened at our old practice. Everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend from this first experience.
Really happy with the services at Bellstone Dental I had my tooth removed today and was so nervous but the dentist I had was so friendly and she really made me feel at ease and made the whole process a lot better for me! And was also done quickly as well!
First appointment with this practice today, found the staff to be extremely polite and helpful. The dentist was lovely, explained everything to me and as I am a nervous patient he made me feel relaxed quite quickly. Examination was thorough and all findings explained and discussed. I then had to make a 6 month appointment but as the computers were down they said they would call me to offer further appointment which they did within the hour. I would strongly recommend this practice to friends and family. Thankyou Bellstone
I have just joined and I'm so glad I did. My tooth wasn't filled properly at a previous dentist, I had xrays and a thorough examination and I've rebooked to have it fixed properly. Very very professional and polite service.
