Very basic and a bit grim, not much attention to hygiene or warm food, coffee is fine tho
While waiting for cheese toasty to be heated someone else said they didn't want ham in theirs and it was passed around staff to open and poke at to check ham was in there. One they decided there was she took my hot one out, gave it to him then put the handed around and poked at sandwich under the heater for me!!
I complained, got it changed for a fresh one but it didn't spend time in heater long so was cool when I got it to the table, not good
If the are happy to let customers have food they can see has been poked at and pulled apart by various stage and other customers then what are the rest of their standards like?
The worst food I have ever tried, and like that wasn’t enough when I saw the price I almost got a heart attack. Bread in the sandwiches was so old that we weren’t able to chew it at all. They sold us fries and they don’t have ketchup. How can you not have ketchup if you’re selling fries??? The girl who’s cooking / prepping food was so grumpy, she should learn to smile sometimes and say “apologies” when she tells customers that they don’t have ketchup.
Very unprofessional and bad experience! The airport management should make sure their customers have at least one or two other choices for food / drinks or if that’s not feasible then at least work on improving the current experience.
Absolutely awful, overpriced and service is slow as hell. Disgrace to Reuss airport €7.50 for a plain chicken wrap and a tiny bit of water
Super overpriced. We paid almost €25 for two sandwiches!!!
If this wasn’t enough, the ladies who work there were complaining in Spanish that „there are too many English people coming” etc - what do you expect at an airport?
We ended up getting the wrong sandwich (vegan, instead of chicken) and it was inedible. So disappointed to see this kind of business open at an international airport!

Some of the worst food I have ever been served.
Staff way out of their depth and didn't seem to know how to safely reheat chicken, (was freezing cold when I got it) as well as the hot plates being dirty,.
The 'chicken' was horrible and inedible, looked like battered cartilage. Grey and unidentifiable. Horrible.
There is normal airport food, then there is food in hell, below that is the food in this restaurant. It's an absolute rip off for very bland food with questionable hygiene. Avoid if you can and have food outside!
Reus airport's only option for food so they have no issue in terms of competitive prices or food quality... they charge the travelling customer €12.99 for a handful of processed nuggets or a processed burger and €4 for water, meanwhile making you wait 20mins in a school canteen line. Would strongly suggest eating before you go in or on the plane instead.
