I personally wouldn't have had an issue with this place if I had gotten seen properly.
The receptionists were absolutely lovely and no issues with the service they provided and booking the appointment in general.
What I do have an issue with is I paid £50 for an emergency dentist appointment for tooth pain. Waited for the appointment and when I got there. I received nothing in terms of a consultation or service worth £50. The dentist took not even a minute to check my tooth and when I tried to explain what the issue is and I can't open my jaw its as if he was in such a rush and just said I have a small.mouth but an extra tooth. The joke was fine. But that's all I got.
Even after I explained please I've not been to the dentist in a while so can we take our time. Everything just felt rushed and no proper consultation no other teeth checked.
He did provide me with two.options to leave it in or remove it. And that he could not remove it because i cant open my jaw. But that was it. A 1 min check up for which I paid £50. And I then had to further be put onto antibiotics for another £50.
I advised I'll take them.if it helps. But idk why the tooth couldn't be removed as I had no.infection. just swelling. But if I got checked properly dentist would have known that.
The pain was unbearable today and I actually found an appointment ASAP at another dentist who provided same day extractions and got my tooth removed instantly. So I'm.not sure what the long wait was for.
The dentist and team over at Night and Day emergency which I booked with today. Sat me down. Explained the process. Took an Xray. Checked all of my other teeth and gums. Said it is badly.inflamed and thats why its hurting but not infected. And then offered me Two options to either keep it and or remove the tooth now. OF COURSE I removed it instantly. I didn't even mind paying extra because I was so happy with the check up.and that I received good customer service and care. That's how a dentist should be when a patient has said they are nervous.
I personally have no issue with the receptionists as I was seen to instantly and booked asap. But paying £50 to not even get an x-ray. No good communication and proper consultation or to be seen properly its just not on.
Needed private emergency tooth extraction as nhs referral was taking too long. Affordable prices and no long waiting times, next day appointment.
. If your worried about visiting dentists, try this one not all dentists are the same! I Can not recommend this Dentist highly enough. Very attentive and easy to talk to. I have been to him several times over the years and have always had a good experience.

I'm editing my review, which was posted over 5 years and it read this "Always says to me Brush your teeth properly coz he hasnt got anything nice or positive to say even if you have diamond shining teeth".
This dentist now, in 2023 decided to take advantage that two kids had came to him without their Mum and now I can mention his review to him.
Sorry but why didn't you speak before Mr Dentist?
At my last checkup, he told me you've got gum disease, gingavitis if I've spelt it right, and plaque all over my teeth, then once getting me off the chair he goes "I know according to you, you have diamond teeth"

Clearly I needed some hygienist attention but this man seriously needs an opticians attention
I said, even if a person has diamond shining teeth, he would still criticize, as he's the king of that
Now clearly, instead of using my review as feedback, this guy decides to throw it in my face and act like a little child with how petty he is
Dr Bashir, you need to realize, you genuinely don't have any patience or skills in dealing with your patients. I visited Pearl Dental from your referral, do you know how nice she was? Yeah it was private but she comforted me, asked my general health and carried out a full clean.
And no, I didn't need 2-3 sessions the way you said and exaggerated, I was sorted within half an hour in one session but still I booked another one for a general checkover
Perhaps your ought to get some training off her, she's bound to teach you a thing or two about dentistry.
Let's hope you can discuss this review at my next checkup, this time I'll make sure you understand what and why I put down what I did, in the meantime, try and use the right power glasses and read the review carefully,

Excellent dentist and staff. Very caring and attentive towards their patients. My initial consultation was very thorough and treatment plan explained a step by step protocol for a root canal. The treatment itself was pain free and quiet calming. Aftercare was also given. The receptionist gave me a call the following day as a form of check up and arranged a follow up appointment free of charge. I can't thank Dr Bashir and his staff. This is a highly recommended dental practice.
Dr Bashir was brilliant, very patient and informative. Went for an emergency appointment to pull a wisdom tooth and it was very quick and painless. Very much recommend this place.

I was in absolute agony at the beginning of the week with pain in my top left molar, the pain was escalating to the top of my check and my head.
I called 111 for a emergency dentist appointment but they said they were fully booked and I would have to wait for a cancellation.
I then began a online search for a private dentist, I came across beckside dental practice.
I was given a instant appointment for a review which I accepted. When I arrived at the dentist I spoke to the receptionist who was very professional, kind and empathic to me, she asked me to fill in a generic form which I completed and returned to her, not so long after I was asked to go upstairs to see Dr Shabir
Dentisr Shabir like the receptionist was very empathic, respectful and kind. He took his time and checked the tooth that was in pain, he took a xray and fully explained why I was getting the pain, he gave me the option of having a root canal filling or actually getting the tooth removed.
I wanted to save my molar tooth and opted to have a root canal filling which was instantly booked in for me. I went home feeling re assured and at peace of mind knowing that it would only be a matter of time until the tooth pain would disperse.
I attended my appointment on Friday, and this time saw a different receptionist who again was very polite and professional towards me. I was asked to go see dentist Shabir who was fully prepared with equipment, he asked me how I was feeling? and then began the root canal treatment.
Dentist shabir was very positive and reassuring and took his time and considerable effort in performing the root canal treatment.
After the treatment the dentist prescribed me some anti biotics and asked me to get in contact if I needed any further assistance
Overall I was very satisfied from start finish and I would highly recommend this dentist
