I had ordered keema naan from here for delivery and the first time they gave me huge keema naan with hardly any keema in them. I spoke to them and they said they will sort this out for next time. I unfortunately ordered from them again! and the keema naan was burnt up map of some country. This left me very disappointed and disgusted to see their food service decline. A few days later when I was able to go in and speak with them about this issue and the owner said to me, ‘we are busy right now, don't disturb us now, come back next time’ I felt insulted and mortified with their behaviour. I would NEVER want to buy from them again.
Myself and my best friend went to this place for a quick lunch . We ordered a mixed grill each a couple of samosas and a portion of pakoras .
The food was not of a good standard at all the only thing that tasted fresh and tasted good was the nan . The two bits of tiny chewy meat three bits of kebab and a small price of fish and a couple of strips of chicken pieces all tasted dry and like they had been cooked days ago and just reheated . Dnt waste your money here . They need to improve customer service too the lady at the counter needs training especially.

Ordered a mixed grill, which I was told it had chicken and lamb pieces… me thinking chicken and lamb sheesh pieces, how wrong ! it was 1 piece of chicken and lamb sheesh cut up into 3 tiny morsels and because they were such tiny pieces , they were rock hard. When I complained , lady says we’ve been serving it like this for years . I said no wonder it’s peak lunchtime and your shop is empty ! Don’t waste your money
I came in with high hopes, reminiscing about past visits to this establishment when it was bustling with popularity. However, my excitement quickly waned. Firstly, there was no kids menu available, and the prices were surprisingly steep, starting at £6.50 for a basic burger. The staff, unfortunately, were not only disorganized but also rude. No cutlery or napkins were provided, and when I raised concerns about the taste of my mixed grill, which seemed off, the young hijab-wearing sisters, who I presume were related to the owner, dismissed my complaint and made me feel like a liar. Despite my attempts to communicate politely, they questioned me in a confrontational manner, insisting that nobody else had ever complained. Their lack of apology was compounded by their inappropriate conversation in their native language, unaware that I understood. Even when I addressed the issue with their father, who seemed to be in charge, the response was lackluster at best. I ended up wasting £10 on a meal I couldn't enjoy, feeling both financially and emotionally dissatisfied. It's disappointing to see children thrust into customer-facing roles without adequate training in customer service. Overall, my experience left me rather upset as I am not a confrontational person and I just wanted to enjoy my meal with my son but instead I’m leaving here still hungry and will need to buy food again elsewhere . The two sisters have really upset me with their lack of help and stand offish behaviour , they did not listen to me in order or help me but listened to me in order to speak back and offer no alternatives , even when I thought the dad said I will make you something else one of the daughters laughed and said no that’s not what he said. This is why there is no barakat in establishments like this.
I ordered from here few times. Last time as others food was partially cooked this can cause death or food poisoning. When my husband called multiple times to speak with the lady who delivered the food and we are assuming shes the owner these ignorant arrogant people ignored us totally. Happy to take our money but totally ignore us. Avoid this place. You can find better food elsewhere. The man in the shop is extremely rude along with this staff. I don't know how these people stay in business serving up garbage. The rest of the reviews here are fake in terms of good food ????????????????????????????????????????????. That was the last time we order from here. This place went in to severe decline after the original owner sold it. Thats the TRUTH . And if you reading this lady you didnt even have the audacity to call us back to discuss this. You run this place as a joke ting.
A very poor quality food

Chilly sauce had no chilli
Ordered 2 portions of chops but did not have enough so offered two piece is sheesh selling as chops
Overall, very disappointed will not visit again

Been there at Many times throughtout many years, Fabulous and so Delicious Spicy foods... Love Stir Fried vegatable and Rice with Lamb Kebabs. Highly recommended and Good Value of price.
