Outrageously over priced! Went in here hoping to support small businesses, but when I went to purchase the baby formula Nutramigen they said their cost was £49.99 for the 400g package! (It wasn’t tagged and they had to look up the cost) Online it is around £16.97 and I paid £21.99 for it at another small pharmacy. I understand it is difficult to compete with some of the online retailers and that there is a fee for convenience but £49.99 is absolutely absurd. When I asked them to check to make sure that was correct as that was more than double what other places charge - she just said “Yes, that is what this store charges” with kinda an attitude.
Will never go back as I think they are ripping people off!
Useless! Went to collect a Caudalie item that was click & collect and they say they don’t participate. Spoke to Caudalie who said they very much do, and the staff haven’t done appropriate training. Totally unhelpful shop, clueless
wonderful staff and products and very knowledgeable about non prescription medications. This is a real neighbourhood gem.
Popped in yesterday, was helped by a lovely pharmacist. She was very helpful and explained how and when to take my medication; and provided me with great advice.

The pharmacy staff members are always very helpful and friendly, and coming here every month is part of what makes me feel connected to the neighborhood. The pharmacist helped me find a medication that was out of stock everywhere last year as well, which I really appreciated.
