Great Experience and service. Love the chips and sausage. Don't like the fish though, because I'm African and we like them traditional but I can manage.
Parking is available outside but very limited. Wheelchair and buggy accessible. Very clean place with friendly staff. Great selection of food choices available. The staff are really friendly. The food is hot and doesn't taste like they have been reheated. Excellent quality of the fish which are really large, even the small fish is big. All round, I would recommend this food outlet for takeaway food.
Phoned an order through because I know this place gets very busy and rightly so , it's a popular place, plenty of friendly staff on serving and the queue soon goes down. I chose a doner kebab as did my friend, plenty of meat , plenty of salad and ample sauce . Was absolutely delicious and could tell the meat had been cut fresh and not left standing like other places . Forgot to take photos because we were starving and was too good to leave it hanging around for long . We will definitely be back ????????
A great take away as usual. Always happy with the food and won't go anywhere else as we haven't found anywhere that serves food the same quality and with the same customer service
Been a few times now. Food and service has always been good but today I was greeted with huffing , puffing and a good old eye roll from the woman that served me. I felt she was rude and I wanted to walk out mid order. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or she was miffed the way I ordered the food which was by each individual persons order instead of saying 5 bags of chips ect ect. Ill go back but I wouldn’t want to be served by that staff member again.
I don't live anyway near the place but every time I go to the hospital. It's the timing is right? I will try and pop in as a diversion on the way home! It's WELL WORTH A VISIT. The Only bad thing about the Barrracuda fish bar is The chips would be cold by the time I got home. However there is a small amount of Off street parking plus there are a couple of benches outside, if the weather is clement, so it's no hardship at all.
The food is Amazing. 5☆
I like my chips light, fluffy and slightly more substantial than the overpriced scraps you get in many places.
I don't mind saying I'm a very big lad So I can't have them all the time But ,if you are going to spoil yourself, Then this is the place that will satisfy the craving and also be worth Breaking the diet for!
Everything is cooked really lightly. It tastes as it should, not of grease or thin air and the staff are really friendly and speedy with orders.
100% the best Fish and chip shop in the Mansfield Area.
Excellent food I really like this chippy decent portion sizes I definitely recommend .
Although my husband and sister said that the fish and chips were lovely I found the chicken kebab very salty
