I live locally and I come in here for advice when I can’t get doctor’s appointments for my children. The two pharmacists are very friendly and knowledgeable and always offer advice when we need and give recommendations of medicine, or creams. The staff members are all also very friendly. Thank you.
Roushin is such a great pharmacist. He and his staff have been so helpful and supportive through any problems I have needed their assistance with. Quick and efficient service, where they always go above and beyond.

Update 27/01/23: I received contact from the owner along with him actually meeting me in person and a handwritten apology. The situation as he explained it was from a locum staff - I raised these may be down to training issues. But I must say there was a genuine apology and concern regarding my situation - for I very much appreciated.
Phoned up just before Christmas to check if they had the right medication for my daughter. They checked her prescription that the Dr issued to be collected at any pharmacy should we need it in an emergency. They didn’t have what we needed. We went elsewhere that did and had to phone them back to ask them to close her records so the other pharmacy could access it.
Last week I ordered a repeat prescription via the Superdrug app to be collected in Sheen, I went in to the pharmacy to find out why it was showing not approved only to be told barnes pharmacy had changed my daughters records to show them as the preferred pharmacy for dispensing!!! We NEVER requested this ever and it delayed us getting her medication. The pharmacist tried to offer delivery but I was in the pharmacy in sheen, I had to ask him to release the prescription and her preferred pharmacy back to Superdrug!!! Be very careful if you give them your details and don’t use this pharmacy regularly!
