I 've had my car serviced here twice. I didn't give it twice "ABOUT" how many days can be fixed it ? But I only have one car. It was very inconvenient for me to go to work. The first repair took nearly two weeks and the second took a week. I have an other part time job needed to use the car. So I also lost my part-time job during the maintenance period, which is " no car no job".
I asked them several times during the repair period when it would be repaired? and the only answer I got was that :" Would call you when it was ready?“
There are several garages in the town. I have never met a garage that makes clients wait passively. They will at least tell you how many days it will take to repair and how much it will cost to repair.
The first and second time I went, it wasn't I wanted to find this garage. Because the first time my car's handbrake was broken, my car be towed to their garage.
To be honest , the engineers have good attitude and the fix price was reasonable, but I don't think I will go for the third time, Because I dont want to wait endlessly for the car to be repaired.
Car had new brake pads and a couple of new tyres. Repaired and ready to collect quickly. friendly, professional 1st class service.
I have to leave a review for such fantastic service, the garage was recommended by the MOT station that I use, from arriving at the reception area (with the very efficient chair dancing lady), was explained to, what works required doing, did all of that work on the same day, and also took the vehicle back to the MOT station for the retest, I collected the car this morning, where all the staff (including ‘ dancing chair girl) were pleasant and extremely friendly, and,on the plus side, the cost was very reasonable, without any doubt, I will use again and recommend to others, ????
I had my car with flat battery in the parking just in front of the garage, and because I didn't want repair the car but just selling it, they refused to even just jump-start the car. I even had a fine for the parking and had to call AA to finally get someone helping me.
Was stuck a ways from home with an oil leak over the weekend. Didn't need recovery (yet) but did want my car checked before I started the long drive home.
The mechanic was wonderful, I called him Saturday evening and dropped the car in Sunday morning. He had a look, diagnosed the source of the leak, and advised me how best to get it home.
Really genuine, trustworthy garage ☺️
