Hi sorry, that was obviously a mistake. I'm very pleased with Babak's service. I can't understand how the 1 star came about.
Babak is a gentleman, he knows his job inside out and even when he cannot assist you he will give you the right advice and point you in the right direction.

Babak services and repairs our Hyundai and Ford Focus, we have been taking our cars to him for years. He's likeable, honest, technically able, knowledgeable, fair, and efficient. What more could you ask for? Babak deserves 6 stars.
I wish I had found Babak before, he found what was wrong with my car that breakdown rescue couldn't work out. He really is an excellent mechanic who actually cares about fixing cars properly. I can't rate him highly enough, and can confirm all the good things that other reviewers have said about him, the only problem is that he is (for obvious reasons) so booked up! He did however sort out an emergency problem for me even though he was really busy. I will never go anywhere else from now on.
I honestly cannot recommend Babak and his services enough. Friendly, honest and incredibly knowledgeable. You can always be certain that any work advised does genuinely need to be done. (During a routine service last year he spotted an issue and even went to the trouble of sending a detailed WhatsApp video showing exactly what needed to be fixed).
I will not take my cars anywhere else now. (Do make sure you call fairly far in advance as he is incredibly popular and gets booked up very quickly!)
I love this garage, Babak is the best mechanic ever. Genuine prognostics, honest pricing (as can be) his garage is clean and tidy. His workmanship is impeccable. Cam belt recently changed, he respected his quote and the length of time the work took.

I've used Auto Top for the past three years. I bought my car new from a local dealership and had a horrendous experience with them when they serviced the car. After that Iwent to see Babak and was immediately confident that I would receive outstanding professional service and that’s exactly what I have received. Workmanship, auto knowledge and customer care are excellent. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
Another 5 stars for Babak. He was friendly, efficient (car back from service in a few hours) and inspires confidence. Cost of service provided up front, and itemised invoice when I collected the car. Babak also mentioned the brakes (advisory on MOT a couple of months ago) and cam/timing belt, which Skoda had emailed me about, so he's really on the ball.
Overall I'm very satisfied with the experience. Babak gets my custom for as long as I have this car (probably my last...), including the aforementioned brakes & cam belt.
Highly recommended.
