Fantastic Caravan Company. Bought our caravan from here a year ago. Had our caravan serviced recently no problems at all. Ordered parts required and were fitted. Staff were really helpful and make a great cuppa!! Always willing to help.Thank you guys. Would highly recommend. The new premises at Roudham just the job.

Terrible experience, avoid at all costs, I sent my caravan in for an annual service and was told that i would be advised if there was any problems with the van, picked it up over a week later and nothing had been fixed I had not been contacted and I had to repair my van myself which ruined the first 3 days of my holiday, they had even taken the fuse out of the microwave, I sent them a letter requesting an explanation and after several phone calls and a couple of emails I have still not received an explanation or even a cursory apology, nothing! extremely poor service and diabolical customer service
I have just had the rear GRP panel on my 2013 Elddis Avante changed by Chris in the workshop outward inspection shows they have done a great job. A Big thank you to Margaret in the office for sorting out some admin problems and for putting the wheels in motion to get the front panel exchanged.
This garage is based in Roudham NR16 2QN. Its a very big place and there are so many business round this area. I have visited here several times and I can say its worth visiting and taking your vehicle there for repairs.
Great for getting your car or van / lorry mot and servicing
Very pleased with hab service and some warranty jobs .very helpful service and I didn't buy my motor home from them.
Drove all the way up from Bury St Edmunds on Sunday 29th January 2017 at 3:30pm and its closed it states its open until 4pm what a waste of a 25 mile journey.
