Best KPortal Reviews
Amazing food and service. The old man who served us was so sincere and kind and genuinely delighted by us ordering their Eritrean dishes. The food was absolutely delicious and spiced to perfection, we got the ful medames (sooo wholesome) and the fatta which was super indulgent and good for the soul. The gentleman serving us looked so happy to see we had polished the food off the plates clean. Also really recommend their spiced tea! Fantastic value for money in a really relaxing environment
Absolutely amazing place. It remind me of back home. The food was amazing. We have had kixcha fitfit. Love it. Staff are very friendly and multilingual. Good bus services. Finsbury Park station is not far. And there is Holloway station.
I had a genuine traditional Eritrean breakfast here this morning and it was amazing! Delicious food and lovely and friendly staff. I have annoying food intolerances which were patiently accommodated by one of the owners. I certainly felt well cared for and I really enjoyed the food which was very reasonably priced.
Asmarino is one of those small family owned businesses, they have one of the best coffees if not the best. The food is great too. The place is very clean and there are plenty of seating areas.
The owner is a lovely, genuinely caring lady who would easily take a few minutes out of her busy day running the Cafe, to have a little chat. The customer service is unmatched.
The staff are nice friendly. The place is clean and has a nice feel to it. I really enjoyed the food for lunch. It was also a relaxed place to have a coffee and work on my laptop. If I'm passing by at lunchtime in the future I wouldn't think twice about eating here again.
Great location and love the quality
Really lovely, nicely spiced, authentic Eritraen food with European twist, and very decent coffee. Its family run, so a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. And the prices are very reasonable. A hidden gem that is well worth a detour.
There are lots of good food options on Seven Sisters Road, but Asmarino is the one I always return to.
This is not only for the food but for the friendly staff.
I'm particularly happy when they are serving spinach or spiced lentils. On the occasions I fancy meat their chicken and lamb dishes are always delicious.
