I was so sick and from the ER admitted for five days. I had the best nurses Natalie the assistant came in and helped me with a sponge bath she washed my hair for me. Such a sweetheart she brought me a pop to drink. Jillian the other nurse went above and beyond to help me feel better she brought ice chips. Amy the other nurse brought me ice chips also. Dr. Brownfield took very good care of me. Visiting me daily to let me know how I was doing medically. I really enjoyed my stay.and am at home recovering.

I have never been a patient in a hospital in my life until Dec. 2023. I have had two visits to the emergency room here. Each time I was sent home with symptoms persisting. I have reviewed my results multiple times and each time I find something new that they never mentioned to me. Furthermore, my grandmother was hospitalized here for a few weeks, and her stay was extended due to an overdose of dopamine administered by these "professionals". It is quite possible that she could have died during this overdose, and they have nothing to say about it. This is absolutely the worst hospital to visit or be a patient in. It is dirty, it is slow, and everyone here is just pretending to be in the medical field. If I'm dying, I'm taking my chances and going to Tulsa for fast and proper care. Never go here. This hospital does nothing but treat homeless people.

It takes months to get appointments with primary care physicians. If primary care physician cannot promptly handle patients illness and if there are months of wait, it just doesn't makes sense to have a primary care physician. Just curious if urgent cares are able to handle all incoming patients for the day, why do primary care physicians demand months of wait?

Had to go to the hospital last week for a couple different tests. I encountered some of the most amazing staff. They were so good at their job and made the process as quick and painless as possible. Nicole the mammo tech was awesome. It's a super awkward test to have but she made me forget about it. She is such a light in a world of darkness. Sandra who checks you in was awesome. Christina with registration, kylee the nurse stuck the IV in. And I honestly didn't even notice.it didn't hurt a bit. Linda, Amanda and karen were so great. They know their jobs well. They made me feel super Comfortable. Just a great experience overall. Thank you for having such amazing staff!!

Extremely unprofessional. A nurse on the 10th floor named Gabby constantly used the F word in front of numerous patients. I was flabbergasted. I couldn't believe this is how she was acting in a professional environment. Management needs to pay more attention and train their employees better.

Really nice team of doctors and nurses, they took great care of my husband. The facility and grounds are kept very clean. The cafeteria has somewhat decent food. Nice waiting areas for families. The ER entrance is a little hard to find, it is located all the way around, to the back of the building.

It took 2 hours to be seen by the dr when I asked to be discharged they finally brought all my saline and medicine I had them gossiping about there personal life's for a hour and a half they didn't seem busy at all but still took hours to actually get the help I needed.

I've used Ascension St. John's in Bartlesville and Tulsa for over two decades. The old billing department and the new billing methods ALWAYS get billing wrong. They expect patients/customers to constantly call the Philippine billing and fight the system in order to correct the constant errors. I finally learned to visit different hospital chains. I will never use Ascension St. John's again until they get billing right.
