I rarely eat fast food, only when traveling and out of necessity. However, I would visit this Arby's regularly if I lived in Erie. It was DELICIOUS! The food was so fresh. I loved the chicken wrap and jalapeño poppers. The staff were kind and efficient. I highly recommend this Arby's location. So yummy ????
I order a classic beef and cheddar, large fry, and a crispy chicken club. These fry’s are definitely not large, NO CHEDDAR on my sandwich !? And the wrap used for my food was hard and brittle it was ripped because it was so hard. Won’t be back.
Open till late. Thank goodness! Saved my life a few times this week after leaving the hospital late night from being with a family member. You better believe you are important! Can't praise the staff enough for being nice and cheerful at 11pm. Keep doing the Lord's work and giving weary people food and a smile. ????
It amazes me now that people are making more the service is worse. And prices are higher than ever nothing is put together correctly my husband and I stopped Saturday night 4-20-24 the person at drive thru was rude and all my food was cold and I mean ice cold needless to say u won’t be back just very sad thank for listening Tammy
The staff was super friendly and helpful however when I received my beef and cheddar the beef had a purplish color to it and they said that that was normal and you can clearly see that from all of their of pictures posted. Roast beef isn't supposed to be purple so this place undercooks meat so eat there at your own risk.
Food was good, service not so much. Absolutely no customer service at this location. Both guys that came to the window were very abrupt. "Total" take card slam window shut, hand card back slam window shut. "Food" slam window shut. Literally 2 words and multiple window slams!
Above average Arby's experience. Staff were having fun and pretty nice people, which was good to see. Food came out pretty nice, even relative to usual Arby's. Would go here preferentially over other Arby's locations.
I ordered a Reuben sandwich and as I was eating it I noticed a dark red sauce line where they had cut it in half!!! At that moment I had realized the sandwich was cut with a dirty knife!!! I can no longer order let alone eat at this location. I'm just hoping all other locations wash their utensils before handling other's food.
Yes some people are lazy and don't want to cook here and there, but when going to eat somewhere, I'm sure they would want to be served well taken care of meals for themselves and loved ones.
