Ronnie is awesome!! She is genuinely so nice and personable. While I waited for my order (7 minutes before closing!! I had no idea) she was beyond nice and professional. When I had mentioned I wasn’t aware they were about to close and I would be happy to go to another store, she said no problem and told me to order whatever I wanted! This girl deserves a raise!! Ronnie is a great employee and so so so nice.
They watched me walk in and stayed in the drive thru area talking. I said “hello” and got no answer back. The manager was showing an employee something on the register. But didn’t give me no attention what so ever. I went to the drive thru and still no answer. I’ve never been ignored at an establishment that relies on people to stay open. Just pitiful
Y'all really need to do something about the stray cats. Call someone because it doesn't look good for it to a restaurant. I wasn't gonna complain but more than once I've seen employees out the back door feeding the cats and I hope they washed their hands afterwards even if the working registers or drive thru. Makes me not wanna go there. I've lived in the area now going on 2 years and I'd rather not stop. I've got to be starving.... Food/service isn't bad typical fast food stuff like a cold fry here and there because I don't think they get too busy...but then nasty cats got to go
The service was fast, food was good & hot and the cashier was very nice and friendly.
As a previous poster mentioned, there are a colony of kitties that are harmless and very skiddish around cars/people. They aren't hurting anyone and is only looking for food, as they are starving strays. Please show some compassion and leave the poor kitties alone and let them be..it's not their fault that they're homeless and just trying to find food. :(
I have no doubt that the employees wash their hands after feeding them, so please let them stay.

OMG! The two young ladies that took and delivered my order tonight were amazing! How often can someone say that they left a drive-thru window smiling and happier than when they arrived? I can! Thanks to Ronnie and Chloe!!! If their boss is reading this, give them a raise now! Their attitude and smiling faces alone make me want to go back just to see them! ????
Stopped by Monday, May 6th, in the afternoon on my way to work, and the lady in the drive thru was amazing, so friendly and helpful, and sold me a duck. I wish more ppl were like her. I manage a dessert shop in destin and would love if my staff were more positive helpful and friendly. Good help is hard to find, and yall are lucky to have her.

8-17-2022 lunch time and trying the new hush puppy breaded fish strips.
I am impressed with the service more than the meal. The crew today is on it and working hard. Store appears clean (need ceiling tiles replaced but no biggie). The fish strips were surprisingly smaller than I expected- I got the 3-piece and substituted for curly fries. As you can see, all three fish strips were close to the size of my Tatar sauce. They are good tasting but doubt I’ll order them again. I’ll stick to the beef they are long known for.
ARBYS made up for this meal. WTG!
Drove all the way from Navarre 8 miles one way and got a loaded italian meal...this was the smallest and, no Swiss cheese, day old bread. Top peeling away and looks like they ran it over first!....very very upset and disappointed!!???? I would had been better off going to Firehouse
