I got two of the “two sandwiches” for 6 dollars…. I got two fish and two roast beef. The two fish sandwiches were so gross. They were cold, very little salad or tartar sauce on them and the oil they were fried in made them taste bitter and they were kinda mushy.
The two roast beef sandwiches were anemic at best and just too small for words. I’m not a fan of this location at all and will not ever eat here again. I live by it and had bad experiences here fire this. I try to be a positive reviewer…. This place will make you a negative person. They do not even try at this location.
Poor, poor job.
I will NEVER go to Arby's again. The food was very nasty as was the restaurant! Also as we were trying to eat our lunch the manager started to clean the floors with a very loud and large shampoo machine. The chemicals that she was using were absolutely horrible and the smell was overwhelming. My husband has asthma and he is on oxygen. He got very upset and asked her to stop but she got rude and refused! My husband threw his sandwich down on the table. He requested our money back. She also refused to give us our money back and threatened to call the police. She was a very hateful individual. We left the restaurant and I immediately called their corporate office and complained, she said some one would be calling me back but I haven't received any response yet ????
Well first off, everytime I walk in the employees stare at me or really anyone I've talked to that goes in with dirty looks and are just outright blunt and rude when asking for your order. They never really want to give you sauce either and you have to ask multiple times as well. Not to mention there's been multiple times where I've showed up and they are "closed" or "having special difficulties"
Food was messy, the half pound came in a bag not a box, and it was sideways in the bag, but was very greasy and mushy, and the large fries were more like a small! It was over 35 dollars with of food and it was nasty!!!
I went through the drive through and ordered a French dip. The the French dip wasn't toasted, the aujus was cold, and when I went back around through the drive through they acted like they didn't believe me and made me not only show them but GIVE THEM back the sandwich. Very disappointed in overall service. Will not come back.
The food was good, the shakes weren't. My husband and I each got a jamoca shake, which was disappointing. It didn't taste or look right. It was like drinking a vanilla shake. We also had asked for arbys sauce, and they didn't give us any. My husband was on his lunch break, so we didn't have time to go back through the drive-thru to get the arbys sauce or ask for replacement shakes. The wait for the food was really long. The girl working the drive thru seemed frustrated and was short with us. The other girl who gave us our food was nice.
I've been going to Arby's for years. The only thing about it now is they sometimes slice the roast beef ahead of time, and it becomes very dry, pretty quick, if it sits . I know they have rushes, but once the rush has slowed down or stopped. They shouldn't keep the sliced leftovers to serve to other customers. The sandwiches I had were just that, dry...
I come here regularly on my lunch breaks and the service is pretty much always on point. The problem is that the lobby has a bad leak. The covered patio portion of the restaurant actively leaks through the poor seals in the windows. This leads to puddles of water in the back of the lobby and effectively cuts off quite a few tables that otherwise could be used. It always makes it hard to keep the lobby at temp with poor seals. It also makes more work for the people who are working when they are already busy as it is.
