Service staff were not friendly. I used the drive-thru window to order, and the person who took my order didn't say hello or thank you. She gave me the price and held out her hand for payment. My card was returned with the receipt bunched up.
The temperature of the food was lukewarm, definitely not hot. I couldn't enjoy the crinkle fries. When I opened my box, the fries and boneless wings were all jumbled up. This isn't very good packaging. Also, there was barbecue sauce on the outside of the box from whoever prepared the food.
I also ordered the bacon ranch sandwich, which I thought was very delicious. The deli meat was ample and fresh.
Quite possibly the nicest Arby's in existance, with a beautiful patio. Fast and very friendly service. This is a great place to stop and stretch your legs if you are traveling!
The food was warm when we picked it up in the drive-through. The nice young lady welcomed us with a pleasant greeting and seemed eager to help us. I can't comment on the atmosphere since we were in the drive-through.
Arby's is my favorite fast food. I always went to this one cuz they served the red ranch on the beef and cheddar. I ordered it this time and it didn't have it, the lady tried telling me that they just started to carry it but I know that's a lie cuz I would have to go to this one and not the one in colonial heights which is 20min away cuz they do not really carry it. Idk if Arby's is trying to not put the red ranch on the beef and cheddar anymore and it makes sense for the meaning of beef and cheddar, but I do not like the beef and cheddar at all unless it has the red ranch in it. I hope they don't stop carrying it here at this location. Then I'll have to drive somewhere else.
Great Arby's! I've been coming here for years and years, and they're every bit worth it! Great food, great customer service, great place -clean, easy to get to, comfortable... Fantastic Arby's!

Why so much sugar in the Brunswick stew? Why honey mustard on a wrap? Ugh. I'll stick with the roast beef from now on...
