Worst surgery worst experience. This surgery needs to be shut asap or its management needs to be replaced. I have never ever had such an experience before. These guys instead of helping humiliate people. Especially there is one mid to old-age guy (I am guessing he's the head or main doctor) he needs to get his attitude sorted. He speaks to the patients as if we are his servants and he is our master. Typical sub-continent type of mentality with no courtesy and 0 customer service. Highly Arrogant and opinionated.
Honestly, guys don't even think of joining this you will regret it. There should have been an option of giving 0 or negative stars
My partner went to Ar Razi medical center as he was invited for his COVID vaccine, he was extremely happy with all the secure measures taken to make sure patients were safe and comfortable! Very quick and efficient, Zoe made the booking process very easy and found her to be very helpful.
One of worst GP service in the world.
They don't know how to handle the patient concern and the receptionist normally hanged the phone without even saying anything, I have reported this to NHS. I wish I could give them 0 star. they don't deserve anything.
Really professional experience from start to finish. Staff and doctor explained things really well and we managed to get an earlier appointment due to a cancellation. Felt like my son was in good hands.
Visited the practice for my vaccine, the process from start to finish was excellent. The staff had an excellent system in place for a seamless process whikst putting everyone at ease. Thank you!
They really care and my doctor(anwar). Did amazing help to me when she called the dermatology department and referred me to them to be seen by specialist in the same day in the emergency that was so quick, many thanks to her and to Arrazi medical centre
Had a fantastic experience at this GPs for the vaccine. Professional from start to finish, very friendly and helped yiu feel at ease. Thank you, amazing work.
This space is not really enough. I would take your concerns to CQC that's the only place it would be valid. Please do that. Arrogance and opinionated, definitely things built in here. Lack of care for pregnant women in pain was my experience.
