This review is well thought out. We’ve been frequenting this location for years. The servers (when they have them) really are great. They care and are as responsive as they can possibly be. No complaints there.
For some reason this location can not keep staff. Having worked in hospitality I can only think that management is to blame. Tonight, after 15-20 minutes to be seated our sever was as attentive as possible. (Considering there were only 2 and a bartender) Two of us ordered from the “Two for $30 menu. We chose side salads ????… not available?? One at our table ordered a salad as a main. That was available??? Our food was delivered by kitchen staff and was cold. Not warm… cold. We were offered new plates; but we declined as who knows how long that would have taken. ????????♂️ The steaks were good.. again, just cold along with the sides.
Any other person would have given 1 ⭐️, but sometimes everything is 5 ⭐️. Absolutely no consistency. If you want a good quality meal go elsewhere. If you want to take your chances on a possibility good meal out, try this location.
I will add that I will never, ever again order the “chicken fiesta plate”. I got such severe food poisoning from the dried up rice we stayed away for two years.
We don’t make fuss about things but tonight we complained. The server was able to give us a $10 discount. No manager came by to ask us anything.
It’s such a shame as this is a prime location with a lot of customers with $$$ to spend.

This is by far the best Applebees in town! We absolutely love coming in to see everyone working. Chris at the bar always goes ABOVE and beyond. Staying on top of the whole bar and high tops drinks and food. Chris also always has a great personality which makes everyone feel so welcomed. Between Chris and the manager Jose.. what an awesome team that has been created there. We love the food, atmosphere and service. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Food, drinks, and service was wonderful. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality Dominique and Mr. Brandon, for making my experience a big W.O.W. I definitely will be visiting again. And for the young lady that seated me, I really appreciate your wonderful hospitality as well. For the others that stared at me and walked away, please treat everyone how y'all want to be treated. I watch 4 or more people, look at me then turn away like I'm invisible. Always treat everyone equally, no matter how they look or what color they are. You never know where your Blessings may come from ????????????
I was here yesterday with my family after my sons graduation and I must say I had the most wonderful service I ever had since I’ve moved to Florida! she was working alone doing inside and outside and let me tell you she didn’t write a thing down and in my head I’m like I hope she doesn’t mix our order up and she sure didn’t everything came out perfectly she made sure our needs were met and even took our family’s photo’s thank you to Christine my son enjoyed his special day ????
Chris is the best! Even though there was an inventory issue behind the bar, he made it work! Got the drinks I wanted! Great service!
Can I just say WOW your server knows how to work a room! I came in to dine in with my family and from the start to the end Mrs.Dana was GREAT! As soon as we walked in she greeted us with a tray in hand letting us know that she will drop that off and come assist us. After sitting us she comes back with some waters and a few other drinks. she then lets us know that she had one table come before us, how she's dropping us a few waters so we have something to drink in the mean time while she drops off the other beverages and takes that tables order. From the start to the finish I was more than impressed with her and her communications skills. She didn't only have us but counted 6 other tables she was taking care of as well. Anything we needed she was more than happy to assist with it. Will be returning for that shrimp steak and great service.
I'm not usually critical of restaurants but I don't expect to receive overcooked to the point of being burnt food.i will never eat at Applebys again or use Uber eats for that matter.
