The Swiss Mushroom burger was pretty good, cooked just the way I like it. The FF were great! My friend got the southwest Chicken bowl. She said it was really good. The server was attentive and on top of anticipating our needs.
It had been years since I've been in an Applebee's bc of bad experiences. I am happy to say I am pleasantly surprised and plan to go back! At least to the one in Chester.
This place is always filthy. We left today because the hostess sat us in a spot that had more food on the seats and floor than in their kitchen. If the inside of a location is disgusting, you can bet that where they are cooking your food is more than likely worse. What really sucks is, this location was our spot. A couple of years ago, it's the only place we ate all the time. Now, there's no pride by management to have a clean and well rounded establishment. Probably why Applebee's has such a bad reputation. Would I recommend this Applebee's in Chester as of May 2024.... Unfortunately, not.
I have you give a shout out to Doug he was very attentive to our table and very polite and professional and this was during happy hour, so Doug was on the move the whole time and stayed pleasant the entire time. The food was hot and fresh and was served in a timely manner.
Table was so nasty???? some clients leave becouse its really bad. Need scrub and ????. Ruined my lunch.
Horrible experience on 3/16/24. 8:40 pm. Me and my Family got seated and never got an introduction. Nor asked for drinks. Waited 25 minutes for a waitress to come up to us. I approached the waitress with dark hair, thick, heavy build, and wear glasses, and she was like ok and unapologetic with an attitude.and i came with a calm approach . So i sat back down, and we still waited for another 10 minutess then we left. Some other lady came and was apologetic, and she tried to convince us to stay, but the wait was long enough at that point. We felt discriminated against the fact that the other family was waited on before us, and we got their first. This place has gotten the worst waitresses I've experienced since the few times i been here. Might be my last time unless i hear that they have new ones
Wonton chicken tacos were delish. Boneless wings were hard and overcooked. Mozzeralla sticks tasted like old grease. Artichoke dip was good.
Service by Kayla was awesome.
Frank the server was the first meet was very friendly, and went over menu. He was will to explain the sauces. The order came out very timely , right off grill and was excellent. My water was never empty and I drink a lot of water! A+ rating

I was there. Everything was fine except for the waitress. She was courteous and all that but very slow The last time I seen her she asked me if I needed a container for the food that I didn't eat. I said yes and did not see her again the person I was with went somewhere and came back with the container for my food a different waitress came out and helped the other customers. The waitress who started serving outside never saw her again.
