It was busy and there was a little trash on the floor like napkins. But the food was good. Our server was very kind and got what we needed although it took a little longer. Wait was also about 10min which I didn’t have a problem with being the holidays.
We were seated immediately since business was slow prior to normal dinner hour. Deanna (our waitress)was very attentive. Kitchen was slow (long wait for appetizers, then meal). Food and cost was average.
Food was so so but the service from Donavan was exceptional! Me and my two other girlfriends got together for a girls night and we never get out so we know we were super rowdy, we were laughing and telling so many stores. Donavan was so patient with us, and so catering! We will be looking for him when we do girls night again for sure!
Edit: spoke with the manager, and am going to chock the previous issues up to an anomaly. Going to give them one more shot before I give up.
This place has suddenly gone downhill dramatically, and we won't be back. Portions are half of what they are at any other applebees, and the prep and assembly screams I don't care. The food is the lowest quality out of any abblebees I've ever eaten at. The hostess stank of cigarette smoke, and I'm a smoker, so the smell was unarguably strong. Overall probably the lowest quality applebees I've ever witnessed. I've had better dine in eating experiences at mcdonalds.
I recently visited Applebee's and ordered a steak medium rare, but it was cooked with water instead of being grilled. The result was a tasteless and unappealing piece of meat. For a restaurant like Applebee's, this is unacceptable. I highly recommend that they focus on delivering better quality food to their guests. I was very disappointed with my meal and wouldn't recommend this place based on this experience.
We 'discovered' this place off the nearby motorway as we were looking for a chain restaurant with the usual, reliable food and presence - thank God for Google satellite view, right?
We were seated straight away and the staff was very friendly and efficient. We had the usuals we normally have in Applebee's although I was a bit disappointed with my steak - I wish they paid attention to requests for a medium to well done steak request.
The waitress only apologised but did not offer anything in return and I ate only bits of it - hence the low mark: you eat and pay for that type steak, madam.

It was ok in general. The outstanding service of our waitress was great and she was attentive to each of her customers. The food was good. It was a very good Impossible Burger: for a veggie burger, it really did look like beef and the flavor was really good. The waffle fries had good flavor but were on the over greasy side. My husband's side of ribs had the wrong sauce on them and were just too spicy for him. It was a good meal on the whole. Definitely recommend the Impossible Burger and their Strawberry Lemonade (yum). Nothing majorly wrong with the experience
