A very late lunch for us at this location after being on the road for quite some time, thus turning a bit sick, yet the waitress managed to get our order fast despite the rather busy place.
We both had steaks with a lovely refillable and a non alcoholic cocktail for me.
And yes, most surely we will return to eat at this chain - very rarely we had bad experience because of other bad customers.
Was very busy tonight. But our waitress was very patient and attentive to our table. And she knew what "extra ranch" meant!!!! We were not disappointed.
Unfortunately had a bit of a bad experience to start. I asked to speak with the manager so explain how our experience was thus far. Brian(?) was the manager that was very accommodating and he corrected everything immediately. Would return to have a better dinner another time :)
My experience was absolutely amazing!! Chloe was the best server I have ever had! It was super busy but she still managed to stay calm and handle all of her tables perfectly, I haven’t had that good of service in a a long time, thank you!
We dined in. Pop was flat and I asked to switch it out with water. Still got charged for it. Food took a very long time and by the time it came it was cold. I got the honey chickenac and cheese or whatever it is and app was cold. Fries were cold for the other dishes. We were not happy or impressed.
Trista was so kind and helpful! It was super busy that night but she made sure we had everything we needed. I asked questions about an allergy, she was happy to figure it all out for us. Thank you again Trista you did an amazing job.
I flew out to Marshall from Dryden Ontario just to get a taste of the most juicy and perfect steak made my Jack Hardy. It was the best steak i’ve ever had. While i was there I also watched him save someone from a flying squirrel attack. I would recommend!!
Brianna H was INCREDIBLE. She was the kindest server I’d ever had in a restaurant, and she was so helpful making sure that my picky family all got exactly what we wanted. She also went above and beyond by doing the math to help us figure out what coupon would give us the best deal.
Cassie, please give Brianna whatever shift she desires. The world needs more people like Brianna H.
