Staff are very attentive. Arlene the pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and always goes out her way to help. Yes they are busy but they don't fall down in their level of service.

Was on holiday in Glasgow and partner ran out of insulin and the pharmacist was very kind helpful and caring. Gave my partner a box of each insulin he needed on trust that when we got home he would get a prescription off he's doctor and post it up.we couldn't be more grateful. Amazing staff
I have been coming here for years. Staff are very helpful and friendly, always greet you with a smile. Am in a wheelchair and can't go down to get my prescriptions but they deliver to my doorstep. Great service
I feel so silly leaving a review for a chemist but they’re honestly the best. Had nothing but delays, lost prescriptions and bother with another chemist but Hughes are amazing.

I could hear your staff member discussing a girls phone call today about the morning after pill, for the whole shop to hear as she discussed this very private matter on the phone . Seems these days staff just don’t care. World we are living in. Wont be back and neither will any of my family or friends
