Well, the beg bugs that were throughout the hotel, noticed by blood dots on the sheets early on, & fact that my husband and daughter still paid for the room blew me away. This was their one, centrally located on the SHT, hotel stay during their 3 week hike, & the bed bugs, & way that was handled, certainly was a disappointment, for what was to be a one night hiking reprieve.....

The fact that there were only 2 Options for views ...... one side of the Hotel was the parking lot and the other side of the Hotel was a Cemetery literally twenty feet from graves .......but yet in the website it said Lakeview. The view of the lake was literally 5 miles away and you could barely see it at the tip of the tree line from a far.I feel that $160 a night was too steep for this Hotel .......
Room and breakfast is decent but internet is terrible. Issues connecting to their wifi, and if you do get access, you’re randomly disconnected and reconnecting. It is so bad that I needed to use my own cell phone’s hot spot to leave this review because today I haven’t yet been able to obtain a stable connection.
Was in town for business. Had reservation for one night. We checked out 7 AM. Got a business call asking if we could stay one more day to resolve an issue at a work site. Spoke to gentleman at hotel front desk asking if we could keep our room one more night. Rebooked. We left to go to Job site. Within an hour work issue resolved no need to stay over. Back to hotel before 10:30 am. Spoke to the same gentleman told him we no longer will need to stay. Told us no refunds due to covid room was cleaned. Walked back to go get luggage and our coffee cups still in the room from day before. Explained to that same gentleman room had not been cleaned. Still no refund. We hit the road by 11 am. And was charged to two days.
The room was clean, and staff were friendly. The pool area was deserted during a quiet weekend, but that, the hot tub and sauna were all nice to have to ourselves. The price point was decent for what we got. Nothing to complain about.
Room was quiet, but dirty. There was food left on the floor. TV didn’t work. The manager said she could do nothing to help us and went home. Terrible customer service.
Be careful after showering, bathroom floor is slippery.
