First 5 Star review for auto repair shop ever.
New to town for work. These seem like really good folks. Just needed a safety inspection for the state and they took care of me right away. My 3rd break light was not working and they asked if I didn't mind them replacing it. I said yes, and about a minute later I thought "dang, I forgot to ask how much!?".
Receptionist gave me the bill for the $7 inspection and I reminded her about the bulb. She checked on that added it to the bill and it was another $2. That surprised me.
They have earned my trust and I'll be checking back with them for more work.
Called all over the surrounding areas looking for someone to try and rebuild my steering box, no one wanted to touch it. Luckily I found altons. They did a great job and at an affordable price. Definitely recommend and will certainly be returning for future work!

These guys are great. They're kind and funny and chatty. Their shop is always very busy, but no one makes you feel like you're not important like some places. They know their stuff and get the job done. They're fair and accommodating. They work with you and treat you like a good neighbor, like businesses did in the old days. Nice folks.

Reserved a uhaul truck to be picked up Saturday morning. Scheduled pickup for 7am. Got there and they don't open til 8 am. No problem we go get some breakfast and come back. Still nobody here. Nobody is answering the phone number either. Moving is stressful enough without the moving truck place dropping the ball.
Great mechanics and honest. Goes far and beyond to provide great customer service. After dealing with multiple mechanics and shops around Beaumont and surrounding area, Alton's is the best I have found.
