I love this place. The quality of the Shave Ice reminds me of being in Hawaii and this is my #1 favorite treat during the summer. POG is may favorite Shave Ice and the blended Thai Tea with Boba is my favorite drink.
By far the best place in the AV to get shaved ice, and boba. Sometimes it's a little hard to spot because it's set pretty far back in the shopping center, however when you find this gem, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Prices are very reasonable, and the staff is extraordinarily friendly. Perfect place for kids and families. The inside is stylized with a Hawaiian theme, plus it's always kept very clean. Overall I can't say enough good things about this place.
Love this place! The employees are very nice, and you get your order fairly quickly. I've gotten the Thai boba milk tea and small shaved ice (both pictured) and they were delicious! On a hot day, they're a very good place to go
Never busy when I go here, but I love the shaved ice! Very good selection of flavors, and the serving sizes are very generous. I recommend adding the condensed milk - yum!
Not a bad spot! Gets real busy but the lady who was there managed to get everyone’s orders done without us waiting a super long time.
This review hurts me to write. This place has been pretty darn good in the past, and I know places have bad days, but today was just bad...
What saved today was that the staff genuinely cared. The owners not so much.
My smoothie come with a hair in it (yuck). The staff jumped to remake, but the owner who had originally made it was just as happy to throw it away (and didn't really see a problem. Nor was she wearing any hat/net.)
And then the gentleman behind me had a mildly complicated group order, but they over charged him by double!!
When things aren't over charged or hairy, they are quite good...
I use to love this place. But they have now diluted the flavoring with faucet water. The shaved ice flavor now tastes like water and it no longer has any sweetness at all!!! Very disappointing for them to think no one would notice that they have diluted the flavor with water. Why not just raise the price and keep the quality of the product?? Very disappointing. I won't be returning
Delicious anytime of day. Many flavors and drink option like boba teas. Great service and friendly staff.
