Long story short, I gave him $3,400 to put in a new transmission. At this point, I don't know what he did beside leaving my car barely driveable. I tried contacting him several times. I got vm. I spoke with him once. Lies!! I work and I have a chronic illness, so I have to go to the Veterans hospital frequently. How does that man sleep at night?
Please note: I am only giving 1 star because I have to.

I don’t recommend using this place. I stopped in a few weeks ago and talked to Jim, the owner, about submitting a warranty claim to get a new transmission. Jim told me he would take care of everything and call me the next day. After a week of not hearing anything from him I called the shop. He told me he would call me back that day with an update. This went on a couple more times, me calling in over a week and being told I would get a call back soon then never getting a call at all. If he didn’t want my business at least tell me up front instead of disrespecting me by wasting my time and lying to me.
Excellent service when they rebuilt the transmission in my daughter's van. The price was right and the repair was completed as quickly as possible. The person we spoke with, Jim, was always courteous and professional. He kept us informed throughout the process
I used to work for Firestone and sent all my customers here for transmission issues. I thought they did great until I had my tea mission rebuilt by them. They had to warranty the transmission 3 times in less than 1000 miles. The 3rd time the transmission lasted 15k miles, I didn’t drive it very much and it took me 2 1/2 years to get to 15k. I took it back to them explaining they had rebuilt it 3 times before and they refused to even give me a discount let alone warranty the transmission. I will not be taking my truck back, obviously they use subpar parts or do subpar work. The original transmission held up for 140k, their 3rd rebuild lasted 15k
Second warranty hoping they make this right last time the front seal went out and sat at the shop for 6 weeks for a input seal now the output shaft seal is blown I have put less than 500 miles on this truck the owner is hit or miss depending on what kind of day he's having he did straighten out the hood he messed up while in the shop with 100$ for a new one hopefully he makes this right this has cost me about 10k while my truck has been down and looking at another probably 6 weeks
This has been one of the best experiences with any repair facility I have ever experienced. My 1997 Chevy Silverado was not shifting right so I called and spoke with Jim. They sent a tow truck out to pick up the vehicle and gave me a diagnostic within a couple days. Jim went over the different options with me and pricing. I got the truck back and it ran great. He knew everything there was to about this vehicle and all the ins and outs of how to make it better. He upgraded the internals to overcome some of the original OE shortcomings. Also, he added an external transmission fluid cooler. He did all of this at a very reasonable price. I've been driving it for 6 months now to and from Mesa to Payson regularly and I'm very happy with the work he did, the pricing, and how professional he was.
The transmission was slipping on my Chrysler 300c. Took it to Firestone and they recommended All-Pro Transmission. They towed my car for free (20 miles) from Firestone. Then I read all the bad reviews and got worried. I spoke to the owner and he said they have been in business nearly 30 years and people rarely write good reviews. They had my car for 3 days and the cost to fix it was $1800. Took a bit long for the parts to arrive, they had the car for 9 days. When I got it back, it ran GREAT, better than before BUT... it was overheating. I took it in to get an oil change and they said there was NO water or antifreeze in the car. Looks like they forgot to refill it. Called All-Pro Transmission to tell them what happened and they refunded me $188. The owner called me a few days later just to check to make sure everything was okay. I'd go back.
Our Honda van was towed here without our knowledge last May 16th 2022 and as of this moment, our van is still "under their care." We have been calling them for follow ups and either they're missing a part or still waiting for the parts to arrive. State Farm should have gotten this business out of their go-to list.
I am worried that whenever they released the van, like the others in this review section that their vehicles are junked and are non-running because maybe it's either they dont know how to fix it and just want the money or they have removed all the other parts they needed for other vehicles.
