I absolutely love this restaurant and the team here—they're amazing, positive, and work so well together! We started coming to Alexis more often this year after an awesome visit in January, and it's officially become our go-to breakfast spot, beating out all the big chains. The hospitality here is top-notch, way better than at other places we've been to. Keep it up, Alexis staff—you guys are incredible!
Very friendly and inviting as soon as you walk in. I was immediately taking care of. The food was great and plentiful. All I had was a BLT club with an unsweetened iced tea. The service was very attentive to your comfort. Highly recommended.
I went to Alexi's at the corner of 19th Ave and Union Hills for lunch. I ordered chicken parmesan with spaghetti that came with a cup of soup. When I started eating my cup of soup, a cockroach crawled out from under the crackers on my plate and onto the table. I killed the cockroach and let the server know. I lost my appetite so I couldn't eat any more of the food. The server told me he talked to the owner and that the owner said exterminators came to spray two days ago. They then still charged me full price for my food. I loved eating at Alexi's and would come here with my grown children when I could, but not anymore. I have been a server/hostess in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. I am very disappointed in how this situation was handled.
We were seated quickly. Once seated it felt like waitress wanted us to order quickly. We were served super fast and the food showed it. Burnt bacon, eggs were well done instead of what I requested house patatoes were soggy. Once we were done eating again felt rushed to pay, sign and go. Seems like most of their clients are elderly. Might not be a spot for someone younger.
Not the best experience to be honest. Will not be going back.
This is our second time here and absolutely love it. The staff is amazing! The perfect family restaurant we've been looking for.
Delicious breakfast, I ordered a simple egg plate and everything was perfect. Service was fast and efficient. The price is very affordable and reasonable for what you get. It's a local home style kitchen where we go often.
This place is so amazing the food service all of it and I have tried almost all Italian places and the regular spaghetti is better than all of them it's so good I order it for breakfast
Best omelette in town. Cheddar and American with ham. Salt home fries to taste. Prompt service. Everyone is friendly.
