Came here after a concert and was pretty impressed. All the ingredients were fresh and seemed to be prepared there, not premade. The horchata was the best I've ever had! The exception was that the person who ordered their fish taco said it tasted like the fish was frozen, but it was still edible. We had some dietary restrictions, and the orders came out perfectly, so that was a big plus. Definitely going to come here again next time I'm in the area.
Carne asada fries are always good, make sure to get your serranos on the side as well with some salt and lemon.
This place is a hidden gem! I moved to Orange about 3 years ago and have been coming here whenever my husband and I feel like asada. They have the best asada out of any other local taqueria! (And my husband is super picky). They are a little on the pricier side for the tacos, but that’s probably because the tacos are huge and they really pack them down with meat. I took one star off because of the new lady that is at the drive through. I’ve never had any issues for the past 3 years, the employees have always been extremely nice and my orders have always been spot on. However, these past 2 times that I’ve gone, the older lady with glasses has gotten my order wrong. Today it was pretty upsetting as I repeated my order and she even repeated it back to me at the window, only to charge me for an extra item. The upsetting part was that she made me feel like it was my fault and I saw she made some remarks about it to the other employees. I’ll continue coming because the asada is 10/10 but I probably will be having to go inside to avoid any inconveniences from her.
We got the chicken asado plate and the salad and sauce had mud in it. Like actual mud! We ordered off of Uber eats and was able to get a refund.

This isn’t my first time being disappointed with the service here. Many times before the cashiers have been rude and the cooks seem like they don’t care. Today, 3/29/2020, at 12:30pm, I ordered food for my family. I had to come back 2 times because they didn’t get my order down all the way. The first time I made the order, they said they didn’t hear me mention the chicken enchiladas. The second time, I PAYED AGAIN for the chicken enchiladas and when I got home I find out the had given me this. This is not what’s advertised on their menu or yelp.
Good atmosphere but really hit or miss on the food. Ordered a #6 combo plate... enchilada was cold, burrito was too hot and had too many jalapeños
Great food great service. Really good authentic Mexican. Great selection of hot sauces. Chips and salsa done right!
