It was my first time here, I had no idea how incredible this market was, a really good staff, a variety of goods from the Middle East, an amazing bakery selection. The staff is really nice, and it was the first time I saw customers helping one another. Definitely recommend it. There's even a great restaurant inside the market.
Disappointed. What type of establishment has no changing table? The girl was very rude confronting me because their terribly written sign made it look like you could use another area. Not family friendly at all. Can't believe they call this halal. The restroom has plenty of space to put a small table, I hope that is done in the near future. I won't be there to find out though.

i live an hour and 30 minutes away from Al Madina. I always come and support my fellow Muslims brothers and sisters. I stopped by Al Madina and picked up iftar, i come home and i see mold in the food.
I was upset and i called the restaurant, and they answered. I respectfully told them that I ordered food from you all and there was mold in my bread. The man who answered was absolutely rude saying it happens and he couldn't refund me and they give bread to every of their customers. I paid $30 for mold in my food?! The man didn't apologize and handed it to the man name Salaam. He spoke to me but he and the people with him were laughing as I was telling him there's mold in my food. I told him that I don’t appreciate the laughter and he should listen to what I have to say and he kept saying when you come back to order here, we will give you bread. He continued to laugh and this should just show to save your money and eat somewhere else but here.
I will not be ordering food from them ever again.
Absolutely disgusted at the behavior and the quality. Customer service is horrible. I’m very upset.
I know how the food business work, and selling moldy food can cause you to be in big trouble.
I will be doing what I can to get this situation handled.
Store is good, restaurant isn’t.
It doesn’t seem like it is comes first served first.
We were in line to order food, but the took people way back in line. When we complained, the restaurant chef claimed they ordered over the phone and apparently they were just ordering because the restaurant started preparing their food. It was very disappointing to see people not honoring lines and honoring equity and equality
Store is amazing and has a lot of varieties.
1-star deduction for the kitchen. Specifically the Konafa. It has nothing to do with an actual Konafa. Not Palestinian as claimed, and has weird yellowish spices added that shouldn’t be there. Avoid unless they get someone who can actually do a proper Nabulsi Konafa.
My taste reference is from Quidar Al-Nabulsi that’s well known in the Middle East.
An exciting supermarket to visit and buy your daily needs with a taste of middle-east and the Islamic world.

I drive 30mins just to eat here. The portions are huge and prices top at $15.00 .
I’ve been buying my groceries from this store for the last 5 years but Sunday was my last day! How is possible that you (owner/s) charge $30 for a lamb ribs/chops that ONLY had BONES! There was a little tiny pieces of meet on the top and inside there were only BONES!!! You Sr. Owner is SCAMMING your costumers!!! And your costumers are average families. Sorry but this is not the way to do business!!!
