I recently stopped in Al & Ed’s to get some price quotes for a new audio system in my new Truck. Tyler blew me away with his knowledge and passion for the products in the store. I decided to pull the trigger without visiting any other audio stores. Not only did Tyler get the right audio system for my truck, he was also able to squeeze me in a week later. Needless to say I’m very impressed with Al & Ed’s and absolutely love the service and honesty thot I was given while visiting their location. 6 out 5 stars from me. Oh yeah my truck is definitely turning heads now. Thank you Tyler and all the rest of the staff at Al & Ed’s for the prompt service.
I had them install new speakers throughout my 2009 69 foot Sportsfisher. They also brought the old amplifier system into this century and installed a new central Bluetooth receiver so I can have music at 6 different stations. They did an excellent job and I couldn’t be happier.
Went in to Al & Ed's this weekend to get a new stereo system installed. I spoke with Tyler, told him what the issues were with my old system. He looked at everything, gave me some options, and hooked me up with a fair price. Guy knew he stuff, and he wasn't trying to sell me on equipment I didn't need. You go into some of these audio shops and the guys are jerks, but these guys were professional. And they were quick, did quality work. Will go back again in the future. Thanks Tyler.
These guys really impressed me. They are eager to exceed your expectations and are very knowledgeable about their trade. We had a new radio with touch screen and back up camera added to our 2005 Honda Element and I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend them and have recommended them to all of my friends and family. Great job guys!!
Tyler is an awesome guy, I will say that with 100% certainty. I'm the kind if guy that used time shop around bur bow I go solely to him for all my needs. Been using him for about 12 years all over san diego (different shops) happy now he has a good support team with excellent techs and ownership. Al and eds is the best.
I was in the middle of a DIY project and hit a roadblock. I decided to call these guys and left a message explaining my issue. I received a call back from Tyler who was more than happy to spend a few moments of his time to help walk me through my issue over the phone even though I was NOT a customer. The fact that he was even willing to do that is a testament to his character. If you ever needed any sort of auto electrical work done, I wouldn't hesitate to head over to Al & Ed's Autosound.
Went down to get a new backup camera installed the team was very knowledgeable with the product. It was installed quickly and during the install they noticed a loose cable under the dash and replaced it. I would recommend if you have questions and would like new electronics installed at a great price by a staff that cares go over to Al & Eds on Jackson Drive
Al and Eds squoze me in when no one else would. My kids car alarm went haywire and would not turn off at all. I called around and no one could take us for another two or three weeks and there was no way that was gonna work. I called Al and Eds and left a msg. they called me back and said yes, we can help you. Best words I heard all day. I drove this dumb car almost 5 miles with the alarm going off the whole time and these wonderful folks fixed my car in two hours. I tell you if you’re looking for a team that knows compassion and empathy, these are the people. Please consider them when you are looking for high touch and personable service.
