Akyol Solicitors were sellers solicitors and provided wrong completion bill including additional charges and arrears for a rent that was paid in full which nearly got the deal off. After completion I provided proof of rent payment sent to seller before completion and asked for the rent to be paid to me but Akyol Solicitors refused to contact their client to correct the mistake, which made me think it was all made with their knowledge and with purpose to deceive and extract additional money from me. (Other irregularities were that the managing estate agent wasn’t disclosed as well as owning the keys although asked many times from my solicitors)
Avoid at all cost and be very vigilant if on the other side of the deal!
Comfortbale environment thanks to those who work there. Very intelligent talks, they explore other avenues you may not have considered and make you very aware of your own situation. Will be the place to go for anything life throws at me.
