My daughter just got her hair cut here and she loves it! The cut is beautiful and exactly what she wanted. She said that Nina was very easy to talk to and "it seemed that my hair was safe with her." I can't wait to go there to get my hair cut next! :)

Oh man! I will never go anywhere else. Nina is a wonderful human and made the experience a breeze. I’ve never had my hair professionally coloured, but she took my tentativeness and exceeded my expectations. Not to mention giving me direction on what she knew would suite me. I’ve also never gotten a hair cut and actually 100% meant that I loved it. Till now! So glad my sister-in-law told me to go there. Literally still fawning over my “new me” hair????
Every time I want to do fun colors, nina knows just how to blend them together and making them look amazing, I always go to her on advise about my hair. Nina is the only one I can truly trust with my hair, knowing it's in good hands and that she cares and is passionate about doing hair. I always refer people to go to her anytime anyone asks me about my hair. Your amazing and keep doing what you do best!
Nina is amazing. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding on June 10th. Not only is Nina professional and efficient, she is an amazing artist with both hair and make up. She worked with me from booking, helping me with every step and doing run throughs to make sure I got exactly what I wanted for my big day. She even went to Sally's with me to help match my hair to the correct extensions I wanted to buy for my wedding hairstyle. I love AK Beauty Bar
Nina is so kind! She does what's in the best interest for the health of your hair, and I appreciate that so very much! She knows her stuff! The salon is super cute & I would definitely recommend her!
Nina did hair & makeup for my wedding, engagement photos, & bridal shoot! She helped me find the best, long lasting, photo-ready makeup that I wouldnt be allergic to (I have tons of allergies)! I won't trust anyone else with color! She gives me a great cut that allows me to look good with my lazy, busy mom mornings and also looks fabulous if I have time to curl and style! Glad Alaska Beauty Bar is just on the edge of Wasilla, as I do the long drive from Anchorage. Worth the commute!
