The food is great and so is the service! We have been staying at the crown plaza for a few days and have had breakfast 3 days and dinner 2 times and apps once. Every meal was great and the service is consistently good. The wine and beer options are great. The martini sampler is fun too. The breakfast buffet is very expansive with eggs and omelets to order. We are very pleased. Kudos to Shane our server each evening...great service ! And positive attitude. Forgot to mention Daisy our server each morning, who took great care of us and always made sure our coffee and waters were full! Thank you for starting our mornings out so pleasant.
I actually really like this little bistro in the hotel. Easy going vibes and super friendly services. The chicken wings are yummy! Good portions.
Food was just okay. (Got burger, fries, salad — the salad was below mediocre.) And the service was suuuuuper slow. About 10 mins to even be recognized and receive menu. Ordered food, asked for water. Water never came. Food came about 20 mins later, still had to ask for my water, which took about 10 more mins to bring out (meanwhile people ordering drinks and receiving them). Waitress never checked during my meal to see if I needed more water/anything else. Had to wait once finished to let her know I needed my bill. I was overcharged on my bill, which they fixed, but I wondered if they knew and just didn’t say anything because when I pointed it out, they had the bill corrected / printed out within like 15 seconds.
What a fantastic experience!! Loved the decor, the service fantastic and the food was divine!!! Our server was attentive but not "in our face". The wild rice soup was to die for!! The presentation of my husband's mushroom Swiss burger was perfection!
We have a return flight next month and based on last night's experience, we are planning to go back to AiRECraft Grill!!!!
I've never had great luck eating at restaurants located inside hotels, until this one. I've had multiple breakfasts and dinners here, and nearly all the time the meals hit the mark on quality. Staff is very kind and attentive at night. Great drink selections. Pricey but maybe that's a city thing, I barely ever ventured outside of this place due to convenience. Cozy and modern atmosphere.

I have to eat gluten-free/mandatory. I asked the waiter if the chef could prepare a gluten free walleye, which is on the menu fried, not gluten free. The said "no problem".
The piece of fish was fit for Jehovah!
Best walleye dinner that I have had in a couple years. Side note, I was in town a few years ago and ate walleye twice while I was downtown (fancy shmancy restaurant), and it was nowhere near as good as this meal!

This looked like a decent place. Unfortunately, there was poor service all together. Our appetizer came out burnt - inedible. Our burger came out overdone and dry - another inedible item. I am pregnant and requested a mocktail.. to which they refused... wouldn't make any mocktails at all.
Definitely would not return.
We looked for a restaurant close to the airport and found AireCraft grille. Free parking in a garage about a block away. We were there around 1 pm and sat at the bar. Great tasting food prepared well. I had the cheeseburger and fries and my son ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. Give this place a big thumbs up for a well prepared meal.
