I went to this pharmacy and I gave them my prescription. It was an private prescription. But the staff didn't tell me the real cost to pay I always pay 9.90 for a private prescription but the staff rush me to pay I payed my card and left nexts day I check my bank statement and it said £64.40 came out of my account which I rang the pharmacy and I ask them why so much there said thats the price.i said to the staff why didn't you tell me that before I payed .but all there did was argue with me saying its my responsibility to check the machine to pay.but staff should of really told me .so now I have to leave on the food bank as clearly they have left me with know money for food as I am on benefits. ????
I spoke to Shane last week, reminding her that next week my mother finishes her medicine. And she has told me that they delivery person is on seek but will by buck on Wednesday this week. So, he has promised me that definitely on Wednesday the medicine going to be delivered to my mother. Today is Saturday and no medicine has been delivered. Have spoken to Shana today and she has told me ( without an apology) that they can't deliver to my mother medicine this week, this can be done on Monday. So, my mother has to stay without medicine until Monday (this is not first time- this is normal for them ) - don't belive any more. In last summer I have changed the pharmacy, but they took back my mother prescription wit out my, or my mother permission. This was shocking for me. Especially I have sorted out everything with the GP.... Can't understand why it is happening...
Do they have a "special agreement" with the GP Practice? I have spoken to Shina again and she has promised me that this time everything going to be perfect. But again the bad routine has been delivered to us again. Im so tired with these ignorance....It’s the worst chemist with dealing with medications. They never deliver they promise.... My mother is over 80 years old very ill woman,with diabetic, parkinson disease and disabled, and they are always late with her medication. Today, she has been left with no medication at all. Many more seriously ill people suffer.....
Please go to different pharmacy with good service I will do the same with no go back.

Labelled medication with instructions to take double the maximum dose fortunately not something that would kill me. I purchased dermacool cream and returned as year out of date when picking up the replacement cream which was ready with my name on it as paid the assistant was incredulous "this is very expensive, have you paid for it, I'll have to check, do you know how much it is"
I told her the exact price and pointed out the label but she made me wait until the male pharmacist had completed a lengthy consultation in the consulting room before letting me have the cream I'd paid for. Resented being treated like a shoplifter and was also concerned that products year out of date issued plus medication (Gaviscon) mislabeled with double the max dose so never went back.
Terrible service, hardly any drugs in stock.
If you spend less than 30 minutes standing in a tiny store waiting for them to make up a prescription they’ve had for half a week, you’re lucky.
Then you’ll walk away with half the drugs and spend days chasing for the other half.
Just been told today to ask the doctor to make a new prescription for the other half of a common antibiotic as they can longer get it.
Dangerous.

They never deliver prescribed medications on the time. Every time when I filing a complaint they promise me to do delivery on time, but they do the same bad service again, and again, and again..... I'm tired.
Highly unprofessional staffing situation. Staff with uniform were professional but there has been multiple times i have come in a younger member of staff without uniform is stood at the front laughing at customers situations and overall rude and does not have customer service manners which made me and my partner extremly uncomfortable. Sad to see the pharmacy is being let down by this.
Very rude! I have came here for years to get my sons medication for ADHD it’s very rare that they have it in stock ready and if they have any it’s only a few. I went there to collect it yesterday after ringing in the morning I was told to ring back after 4 to make sure it was there which I did so as I am waiting to receive my sons prescription I can hear the man (prescriber) moaning about me apparently ringing 10 times a day along with other stuff I ignored it until I was called and he tried to humiliate me infront of other people saying your ***** mum keep ringing me and stopping me from doing my job my response was I rang twice the second time I was asked to call back and he replied with well done! will never be going there again and if I could write a formal complaint I would do so!
Advertises as open till 1900, even on the door. Shut at 1630 when we arrived to collect medication. Prescription inside with no way to get it.
